Went there was so so but asked about a sports coat in certain size he just said they dont make that size. He did not seem to look to well because when got home looked it up online and found it in the size I needed same company they use so much for them

Met a condescending prick steaming cowboy hats who was anything but helpful. Saw me trying to get his attention but kept walking away and was still unhelpful when he finally stopped. I'll go elsewhere "cowboy."

It's nice that they have a boot store in Nashua New Hampshire but let's be honest about this place. over 80% of their product caters to the cowboy genre which it seems that there market. Could not find any construction boots that were either my size or what I was looking for and they are all over the place with boots not organized properly and out on the shelf on display not in cases when I was here I spoke with four other customers and they also agreed to the lack of inventory on construction boots. Also for a place called Boot Barn there is practically nowhere to sit down to try products on the feet as random people just try boots on in the middle of the small aisles blocking other customers. Very disappointed and was looking to purchase 2 pair of boots. And to be honest I probably saw around 10 people disappointed when they walked out due to the lack of variety and genre of boots. I mean you couldn't even find hiking or snow boots here. This place should just be called Boot Barn for cow boys

Rarely leave negative reviews but left with no option after an extremely poor retail experience. Was not greeted or asked once if I needed assistance with anything. Employees actively ignored, glared, and avoided without assisting or even acknowledging your presence. Aisles were crowded by other shoppers who equally made effort to make others feel unwelcome. Not a good indicator of service, atmosphere, or company culture.Additionally, had trouble finding products made in the USA as they were almost deceivingly mixed in with store brands and other imported product with little to no distinctions made.Not worth your business spending hundreds of dollars here. Find somewhere (preferably a smaller business) where your business is appreciated, welcomed, and contributes to the local community not just a corporation.

Absolutely amazing and friendly staff! Sean over at hats was probably one of the best personable employees I’ve ever met. He definitely knows how to be a person to his customers, y’all need a hat or advice on them? God see Sean!

Great prices, top gear and no need to travel out west or order on line and hope it fits! Staff are great. We use our boot barn products on the ranch.
