Took a bit longer then first told but they were down an employee that day so not totally their fault more on corporate noticing enough coverage but the tires didn't fall off when I drove off so hey what more can you ask for.

Went to BJs and there were no carts available. I asked an employee and he said I have to go outside in the corrals and get one myself. The entire time I shopped there an annoying loud beeping sound was heard from some form of equipment there. Checking out, there was only ONE cashier open.

this is one of the best locations, , great costumer service Everyone is so friendly and helpful I really enjoy shopping there, and I love getting the marble cake with the butter cream frosting from them every time I go shopping :D

Went into the store for a purchase and spoke with a manager named Lisa. She was wonderful in helping me to obtain my purchase! She went above and beyond to help and just had that personality that anyone would want to deal with! Five stars truly for Lisa! Thanks

First time at bjs optical. We were the only customers there and given no direction. After picking a frame I sat down with one of the 2 women working. I asked about a displayed sign promoting a complete pair of glasses for $99. She scoffed and said those are children under 15 only. The ad shows a man and nowhere did it say children's. The women was condescending and rude.

The staff at the tire center is dishonest, incompetent or a bit of both. They strictly promised a tire that didn't arrive until days later, made us pay in advance, arranged an appointment we didn't make, then didn't answer their phone for hours until I rang through to the manager twice. They agreed to install the tire the following week, took an hour and a half to put a tire on the spare wheel. They then told me that we had ordered the wrong tire because they couldn't put the new spare back where it belonged. My husband did it himself later--it took 10 minutes! So don't believe anything these people say. Take your business elsewhere!
