I was hoping to see some listing of places they had available for rent but the site did not have that It was just stuff about the company and what they provide but no listings nowadays alot of us are working during their business hours so it's convenient to check out rental sites when we have time but I would not recommend d the site to anyone because there's nothing to see.

Serving over 9 years as the clerk and treasurer for a large 180-unit condo association in NH, I have worked with 4 property management companies and 5 property managers. Bishop REM is by far the best property management company and Shelley a top property manager. Everyone in this company is extremely caring, knowledgeable, pleasant and responsive to anything thrown at them. They operate using the best on-line tools for owner access and management. Though I could write a book regarding BREM’s level of service, I would strongly suggest all condo associations or rental properties look no further. This is the company that will happily serve all your needs.

Shelley gullet is the manager we deal with at littlefield condominiums. She emailed me about a complaint and started off with accusing me that my father lived with me and threatening me with a fine if he was parked in the visitors parking again. In which the rules state no vehicle can be parked there for no longer then 72 hours in which the first time he was visiting for a week and he was parked there 74 hours and I got an email with accusations that he lives with me. So ok I get it, he was parked there longer then he should so from then on he hadn't parked there when he visits me. Which I don't know who she is to think she can decide who lives with me and who doesn't! But sense the email my father was not parked in the parking space or had even been over my house. 5 days later he came over and I get another email saying I'm fined with $25 because my father was parked there for 5 hours! Now I have evidence on my ring camera that he was not parked there for more then 5 hours in a 3 day period. She has neglected to listen to me and to understand that my father does not live with me. She has ignored my calls and emails that I have told her numerous times that my father isn't living with me and has not been parked there for more then 72 hours sense her first email. Now I'm nothing but fed up with the harassment not only from Shelley gullet but from my neighbor that is on the board. She's turned me in for several things that for one isn't even true, and they ended up finding the person that has done most of the things I've been accused for, I've gotten no apology! So I'm just about fed up with it and will be taking further actions to stop this.

its a good company for people who live out of state and need a home managed. Karla Benjamin is just extremely rude and very condescending shes the bad seed of the company. Jason and Debbie are awesome even through disagreements they stay professional and do the right job. Jason handles the repairs very well. Besides that they do take care of tenants and collect payments just don't ask questions or Karla will snap at you .

The Bishop Real Estate Management is one of the most ignorant and scummiest real estate agencies I had to deal with ever. We rented a house ( cottage ) at 4 Dumaine Ave in Nashua from them back in May of 2014 for a year not knowing that they would knowingly rent us a house that would have problems. Once the winter started we realized how horrible the insulation of the house was. The ceilings started to leak from January to the end of February and they did nothing about it. The heater was constantly working to keep the house warm due to the poor insulation and there were major air leaks throughout the house. The Toilet water supply line would freeze often and when we asked them to fix it, they send a handyman to warm the line up with hair drier....absolutely pathetic....We withheld rent from them for those two months that the ceilings leaked and they proceeded to evict us and didn't return our security deposit and claimed we owed them the rent back. I would suggest you never do business with this agency. They have a history of renting unfit houses to tenants.

This management is not what you would expect. My experience with Shelly was not up to par to the way they advertise their skills. When we signed a contract with them, they promised us that our property would be managed in a professional way. Out of all those promises the only thing they were good at was taking the rent from the tenants and writing me a check. From what they promised, none of those promises were kept. We had to do all of the maintenance and they didn't even hunt down the tenants whenever a problem would arise. In my eyes, their skill level is very low. Their are plenty of other better realtors out there to manage your property.

This property management company is awesome. There's no other word for it. I've been waiting awhile to post a review because I couldn't believe they are the real deal. Let me tell you, they are. I realize every rental situation may be different, but these are my reasons for being enthralled by their service: 1) They found tenants for my home within 3 weeks of contacting them and I mean found them and had them moved in within that 3 week window. 2) There were no advertising fees to get said tenants. Realtors were the channel used. 3) There were no fees until the place was rented and commission fees are quite reasonable 4) Monthly fees are more than reasonable for someone else to deal with the rental aspects. 5) They have a pool of professionals to handle painting/cleaning/maintenance. 6) There is no upcharge for the maintenance costs. I can't begin to say enough good things about this company. Judy and Shelley are knowlegeable in their business and take a lot of the worry out of trying to be a landlord.
