After buying numerous vehicles and having mostly positive experiences. I had a 5 star review but I have since removed it. I bought a truck and on the date of purchase I noticed a crack on a piece that attaches the fenders on the tailgate. They said they would fix and honor it. 6 months later I finally jumped through enough hoops to get it looked at by their service department and it got sent off to a body shop to find out they aren’t covering and are now blaming ford for not honoring the warranty. The GM Mike has zero involvement unless you are buying something, other than that he couldn’t honestly care less. Do yourself a favor and just don’t do business here.

The Ford dealership is under new ownership. Seems better then it was before in 2018.Collin our sales guy was very helpful and patience with us. He was very nice and took time to let us get a better feel for the car.There is some broken things about the car we bought and they still haven't gotten them fixed. So when taking your car here don't expect it to get fixed fast, they have a very long wait time. :(

I ordered an F-150 Lightning through Best Ford recently and the whole experience was terrific.The sales team of Terry, Brett, and Hana that I worked with were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.Above all, I never felt like any interaction with them was a waste of time.Hana could walk you blindfolded through any coverage package options.If I called with questions Terry and Brett would get back to me promptly by email or phone (or both) often within the hour. When the truck arrived and was missing the 240v adapter for the charger I called Brett and they had the part for me in 24hrs at no charge.If you get this team consider yourself lucky. They won’t steer you wrong.

My wife and I bought a 2023 F150 leftover off the lot last week and are overall very satisfied with the experience. Jonas was our main sales person and worked hard to find the best balance of what we wanted for features and what was available in our price range. He stayed late and even came in on his day off, while he was moving, to be sure we were happy. Kaleb was our finance manager and he also took all the time necessary to answer our questions. I look forward to working with their service department over the coming years for preventative maintenance and whatever else we may need.

Honestly a pretty solid dealership with people that care. I was looking to pick up a used ford and my main objective was to be in and out. I can confidently say that Jake completely understood my demands. I’m not a fan of pushy sales rep or anything so I really enjoyed how my time wasn’t wasted with them. I got into the dealership earlier then my schedule test drive but Jake took me in immediately without question. I believe I arrived around 5:30 and already had my paper work and keys in hand by 8pm that very same day. They also took care of my rental that I was using so one less hassle to deal! That alone made me happy that I chose Best Ford. I’ll surely update this review if anything comes up worth mentioning. Once again thank you to Jake from best ford and Hana the finance manger!

Gustavo was very professional and kind. He helped me get into an affordable car that checked off everything i wanted in a vehicle. He was even able to keep it under my budget! As a mom i wanted to have an all wheel drive vehicle with a spacious trunk to fit strollers, groceries, kiddo toys and anything else i could need. Gustavo was able to compare different vehicles to find the one that best fit my family. We got an amazing deal, and even got some extras! I didn’t necessarily need a vehicle with a sunroof and heated seats, but boy am i enjoying it! I would definitely recommend going to Gustavo to purchase your next vehicle. Car shopping is stressful enough as it is, Gustavo made it stress free and hassle free! I will definitely be going back to Gustavo the next time we are in need of a new car!

It's funny cause the guy who sold me my car was telling me this was a going to be a great opportunity for my family and I as this truck would last me a long time.So far, it's been nothing but trouble. I paid for a warranty to get my transmission fixed if there were ANY issues and they told me that wasn't part of the warranty. I have it in paperwork. So now I'm stuck bringing it to a mechanic to hand out a thousand or so for something that should have been on the house.The sales people here also are really pushy and don't care if they sell you a lemon just to put some money in their pocket. I'm really disappointed with their service thus far.@ Best Ford, people don't have money like they used to and your employees are fiends for money. Nobody should feel that uncomfortable purchasing a vehicle.Absolutely ridiculous and at least now I know I'm paying extra money for a warranty that covers nothing.

I worked with Justin to setup the repair for my car. Very friendly and informative guy. He communicated with me on everything and made sure to explain everything and answer my questions. I had a great experience there. It was my first time going to the dealership since getting this car (last 2 dealerships I dealt with made me never want to return) and with this visit, I was reassured that not all dealerships are bad. They gave me faith in dealerships again. Thank you!

I went to best ford to look for a car for my wife. We ended up getting a Ford Expedition max. Love the car and the guys at the dealership weren’t pushy and gave me a great deal on my trade ins. Friendly and we actually shot the breeze for a bit, something I never do at dealerships. I usually want to get the hell out of there as fast as possible. So 5 star for these guys thank you for your help in getting my wife into a new car!

If you received one of these mailers enticing you to come in, be aware that this Ford dealership is engaged in some serious bait and switch tactics. Borderline, if not outright false advertising. I highly recommend you find someplace more reputable. To be clear, our sales guy, Dave, was doing an excellent job with us and the poor guy was stuck with the fact that his employer (Best Ford) had sent out 15,000 mailers just to get people to come in under false pretenses. The manager, Shawn, took over from Dave when we asked why the dealership was not abiding by what it had clearly stated in its mailer. Shawn thought he could cleverly explain away each of the dealership’s promises point by point (e.g., the promise to "give $3,000" in the letter only refers to Ford F-150s, not your Escape). Really, are we still using sleazy tactics like this to make sales these days?! It’s a waste of everyone’s time, and it could easily escalate to complaints to the Better Business Bureau.

He was an awesome down to earth sincere person salesman . his sales manager also was great in trying to make us happy they did their best to work out a deal in our favor and had a lot of patience with us. James did an excellent job helping me purchase my new vehicle! Highly recommend asking for him when going in! He even came in on his day off to get me in my new ride, and made sure i was very well taken care of throughout the purchasing process. Took our low mileage 2016 F 350 in for a recall notice on the steering column clock spring. In the process they BROKE the steering control module, and since ford no longer supports this part my truck sits in their lot. It has been TWO MONTHS WITH NO RESOLUTION, other than the rep at Ford Motor Co responding with "this isn't covered by your state's lemon law" and vague email updates involving "shipping logistics issues". This for a part the size of an apple! This review is ZERO STARS. Talk about a great business model: break someone's low mileage older truck during a recall job and maybe propose a "trade in" for a vehicle that will bring them an extra $40,000! I fear this is where we are headed, short of getting a lawyer involved.

Unless it's a recall issue, don't bother coming here. Every single visit the associates are rude and tack whatever they can onto your services. They tried charging $100 for an oil change, not even with a filter. Told me my tires were in dire need of replacing, I went elsewhere and was told my tires had 1.5 to 2 years left. Cabin filter - $200, did it myself for $20. Total services "needed" totaled $3,000. Went to a local mechanic who said only one thing was actually needed, and would be $300 instead of $650. Please, please avoid this place.
