One of the last honest and trustworthy mechanic shops in Nashua - 10x better than certified automotive solutions, whatever you do, do not go to certified, they will scam you terribly. Bells Saved me from getting scammed long term- 10/10 will be coming back!

We take all of our work trucks to Bell when we need help, and they always come to our rescue! They are very fair with their pricing, complete their projects in a timely manner, and have excellent communication. This is a great shop to go to if you want to know your options (such as basic parts or higher quality parts), and want an honest answer. They are thorough, but not to the point where you wonder if you REALLY needed 'that thing' done. LOVE Bell!

I’ve been to Bells a couple times now and have left each time happy and grateful. I don’t know much about cars but the owner never makes me feel stupid or taken advantage of. I highly recommend using Bells for all your car’s needs. If you want honesty and amazing customer service, go to Bells!

Place is absolutely criminal. I was driving down the street, had a hose pop off. Pull over immediately and get it towed to Bell since they were close to where I was at the time. I brought it there get a call 2-3 days later, car is all set - $400. I go pick it up. Not even a week later the same exact hose pops off cause they put it in wrong WHICH THEY ADMIT as soon as I get it towed over again. Then I'm out of my vehicle all weekend again cause they messed up the first time. But then when I go to pick up the car they charged me another $400. So I have given this place $750 and my vehicle for close to 7 days OVER A HOSE. Could not be an easier job. But then to make it worse, it still isn't even fixed right. I've had to go and bring it to another shop to undo the damage this place did to my vehicle. If you have any other option, don't go here. Criminal.

So my experience here was the best customer service was awesome.... look if you want a honest mechanic these are your people they will tell you what it exactly you vehicle needs with out poking your eyes out I'm so grateful that I found them really appreciate everything this place has done saved me from a headache
