I originally went to Bassett to get a sectional after we were disappointed with results we got from a different vendor. Based online I was pretty sure what I wanted and just wanted a chance to see it and sit in it.When we got there we met Derek, who was really helpful, listened to what happened, and what we wanted. He thought our choice was a good one, but had us look at some other stuff as well.Low and behold, there was a different sectional that we ended up liking even better and never would have realized it without his suggestion.Picking fabric was also super easy and again Derek pointed us in the right direction.We've had the sectional for less than a week, but it is clearly the best thing we've ever owned. Period.

What a great experience and I haven't even received the couch! We fell in love with Bassett and we went to our closest retailer in southwestern MA. I already knew what I wanted, and I had the details ready before walking into the store (because I'm insane lol). Unfortunately, the associates at the store seemed in a rush and kept referencing cheaper alternatives as if I couldn't afford the brand. They also incorrectly tallied the order which left me hesitant on purchasing from them. I found the Bassett Design Center in Nashua and BAM! What a completely different and positive experience. I worked with Derek and he was a breath of fresh air! He was so courteous, personable, and knowledgeable to boot. We communicated via email and phone and I was able to purchase my custom Bench-Made sectional without stepping into the store (I live 2 hours away). Oh! And they can deliver right to me! Fingers crossed in 4-6 weeks when the couch comes in :)

Over the last half a year, I had 3 great experiences at Bassett Design Center. Each time, Irina was able to find an exact match for what I was looking for my bedroom and other parts of the house. The showroom in NH is very professional and modern. The service is exquisite. Will definitely recommend it to everyone. Thanks again!

I purchased both of my sectionals from Bassett loved the look and color but the quality is horrible the feather on the cushions is so uncomfortable, it's keep poking you when you are try to relax and watch some TV, and the feather keeps coming out it looks horrible for the price that I paid I was hoping the quality would be better.

Irina was extremely helpful when picking fabric for my sofa. My leather reclining chair was repaired and looks brand new. Bassett furniture will always be a staple in my home.

I have been searching for a new bedroom set for a few months when my friend insisted I check out this website. I found one I really loved but the website was for a store located in Nashua, NH. I called the number and a man answered and explained that shipping to Ohio wouldn’t be a problem. He was very helpful while he listened to what I wanted and took my order over the phone. He sent me an email with confirmation and even called a couple weeks later to update me on the delivery time. The furniture came in great condition and I’m obsessed with my new bedroom. Definitely would recommend!

My husband and I were in New Hampshire skiing last weekend and on ur way home, we passed this store. We have known Bassett and loved the company for years but have not been to this location. The woman inside, Irina, was extremely nice and helpful. We ended up ordering a new dining room set and the best part.. NO TAXES! She called us a couple weeks later that our set was already out for delivery and a few days later a couple nice guys delivered and assembled everything for us in our home in Boston. Serve and quality was great.

I’ve purchased a bedroom set from Bassett Modern collection. It was delivered in the end of December. I love it. The quality and the price are absolutely perfect. I am very satisfied with the service provided in the store and the home delivery service. Will be there again to purchase a living room set.

Terrible service BEWARE of this location they dropped off a couch which was damaged and would not take responsibility for it, owner was extremely rude and tried to lie her way out it . Do not use this business

It was my first time to this location in Nashua, NH and I was very warmly greeted at the door by a nice woman. I explained to the consultant Irina what I was looking for and she showed me several different alternatives. She was very helpful and not pushy like some other experiences I’ve had at furniture stores. I ordered four beautiful Bassett custom dining chairs for my dining room and in just a couple weeks 2 polite young men delivered them right to my house and assembled them. If you are looking for sturdy, high quality furniture and helpful service, I recommend shopping here for any of your furniture needs.

Highly recommend the Bassett store in Nashua! Derek couldn't have been more helpful as we were picking out living room furniture, both during the several trips we made to the store and over the phone when we had lingering questions. We LOVE the sectional we ended up with, we tried out a few different styles from similar retailers across NH and MA, but are thrilled with our choice to go with Bassett's custom sectional. It's super sturdy and comfortable and looks great in our living room. And their delivery team was very professional!

I can't say enough about this place! I recently purchased a living room set and Irina took great care of us. She spent the better part of a Saturday afternoon helping us weigh all of the custom options available such as fabric, arm and leg style, padding types etc. We truly felt like her only customer. And she kept us well informed throughout the process. If the furniture ever needs to be replaced we will definitely be reaching out to her. But they make really solid stuff, so that might never be necessary. Oh, and they're in NH - no sales tax!
