No matter how much I love shopping at and supporting indie bookstores, there’s something about BN that feels like home. I remember my first time into a BN as a kid, I have lots of good memories with family and friends, and it’s something that no matter where you travel to, any BN is such a comforting, familiar location.

I knew the exact book I wanted. I asked someone who worked there if they could help me. They were very polite and found it for me in less than 5 minutes. I feel like it would have taken me forever in that huge store to find for myself.

I needed a birthday card and found a good one. I also bought a Mother's Day card. The cashier went out of her way to ensure that I got my membership perks even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon.

Go somewhere else. I went here three days ago to get a book on Greek mythology. I’m late posting a review because I have been at work nonstop.
Anyhoo, they refused to really help me. Only two staff members working. Only pointed out a small section at the bottom of one shelf and said ,good luck.”
Meanwhile they have three rows full of books of Christianity. I am not sure if this is up to the company what goes on the shelves or the site director. Either way, poor customer service exhibited by employees present.
If you’re thinking of going here I wouldn’t. Go elsewhere. The employees are quite frigid. Just look online like Amazon.
