This branch is human waste, they literally just call customer service if there is an issue on your account and you end up leaving without a resolution and have to end up calling yourself anyway.

Apparently, the executives of BofA don't have enough vacation homes and the staff here at this branch agrees. $8 fee to cash a check drawn from their own institution if the check is more than $50. Literally stealing money from kids bringing their birthday checks from their great-grandparent in to cash it.If you haven't moved to a credit union yet, do it. These big banks all should have failed in 2008.

As others have noted, their banks in the southern NH area are now rarely open (staffing, Covid?). Frustrating to drive to the bank and find a note on the door saying they are closed, has happened to me three times this past week alone during what should be normal business hours. Can't phone a branch ahead of time to find out if they are open, either (why not?). After more than 20 years as a customer I am looking seriously to find another bank that is actually open for my business. UPDATE Feb 21: Situation much better now, no issues.

Wish I could give it a zero. No closing date, no email or mail notice. I'll be leaving BOA next week. BOA, what a joke. Now I have to drive an extra half hour to deposit checks. Just an update. Is there less than zero? Last week, the hours said open Mon, Tue and Wed of this week. Nope, not open today or Tue. This is as close to social media as I get. I did computer security work in the past. Social media is as bad as it gets. BOA wake up, you obviously do not know your customers or care. Totally lost and disorganized. "Left hand does not know what the right hand is doing". Maybe a different line of business.

I am a local business owner and using a bank is important for daily business needs. When will this bank be open? I have been by multiple times this week and you are closed. Please staff and maintain business hours.

If you ever want to sign up for a bank never choose Bank of America. I’ve been trying to contact them and I’ve been calling almost every day for about a month now to get some information and they just pawn you off to someone else so they don’t have to deal with the issue. Their employees show the worst attitude and try their best not to help you as much as they can. They try to put you in a loop so they don’t have to fix the issue even though it’s directly from them and try to make you contact someone else that tells you the same thing over again. So basically you have no back bone and no help from your own bank. Do not recommend to anyone.

Had to yell my personal information in front of the entire bank because the woman couldn’t hear me. I was then told the next available appointment to speak with someone about my account was the next day even though I was there at lunch time and they don’t close for another few hours. No one should have to yell their personal info in front of strangers, especially someone like me who is agoraphobic and a domestic violence victim with severe PTSD. And no one can handle account questions same day? Unacceptable. Needs new staff, new management and sensitivity training.

Surprised at how many bad reviews there are. Just because people had to wait a little? Even union banks, there's a wait. There's atm's right outside and they have a mobile app you can do most things with... ?anyways i think the people are super nice here. It only takes a minute until terry comes up to you to ask you what you need and to let you know they will be with you shortly, and they always are. Kayvan helped me with my account and was super helpful, friendly and got me in and out quickly.I don't agree that there's a long wait, i think the staff is just trying to be proficient which when it comes to my money, I'm happy to let them take all the time they need.

I went in today because I was a victim of a scam, I was directed by the police officer that I worked with to come and see what we could do about getting my money back. When I asked the blonde woman at the counter for help on the next step, she was very rude and short with me and I ended up leaving very flustered. Nobody even said goodbye on my way out. Overall not a good experience considering how nice they were to me last time I was in. Wouldn't consider banking with this branch in the future based on how rude the tellers were. Though the young gentleman who works up front is very pleasant and helpful.
