It’s a spacious and comfortable salon that does simple gel manicures, but unfortunately the quality of work was nowhere near my standards. They refused to do the gradient design I originally wanted, so I chose a different design instead. The picture shows what I received versus what I asked for.
I kept asking if the nail could be shaped differently, left longer, and if the tip could be painted differently, but the lady refused and said “it would look better” how she was doing it. My friends and I were the only three people in the entire salon and the ladies were so rushed, constantly getting up and moving around, and speeding through the process. It was not a relaxing experience at all, I got a bunch of cuts during the buffing/cuticle trimming. I also asked for the designs to be redone and she refused initially, then redid it the same exact way. The acrylic was also laid on so thick! It took the next salon 30+ mins and 6 different acetone washes to get it off!!
The design and the shape of the nail itself are nothing like the reference. It’s so tragic that I spent $70 dollars on this! I won’t be returning here.
The ladies themselves were pretty nice and welcoming, they smiled and provided lots of color options. It just felt so rushed and careless. If you’re looking for a simple mani/pedi then this may be a nice fit. However, if you want something with more detail or more carefully done, it’s best to go elsewhere.

If I could give a 0 I would! I should've known better than to ever go back here but my Brother In Law was sick and we needed to fly to Arizona unexpectedly. I figured I would shoot in for a pedi and polish of my nails. i got a call from my husband that his brother was not good and had coded twice. I told the girl I had to go and could she just finish removing the polish from my toes. She insisted on just doing a polish and not a full pedicure. The owner was polishing my nails while the girl was doing my "polish" on my toes. They both finished and went up to pay. $70.00 she says, I said WHAT? You simply polished my nails and toes. She said, we but your toe nails. I said you're kidding me right! she said 50.00 for your pedicure and 25.00 to polish your nails! i was so appalled but had to get to my husband so I just left!!!! NEVER EVER GO HERE, EVERRRRRR! They suck! They screwed my daughter the next day and charged her $107 for the worst set of nails and a horrible pedicure!

Terrible. I called ahead of time made an appointment. I was rushed to pick a color, then to woman working chair 1 grabbed my arm 3 times telling me to sit and pick color. Then when I asked for designs I was told to go to chair 3. I had to ask the man to keep fixing things that were clearly not even or smooth. My thumb was missing a chunk of acrylic from the side I had to ask twice for this to be fixed. All my nails are different lengths when I asked for long he cut them even shorter. All nails are chunky and thick. Do not recommend.

My husband & I walked in around 4:30. He wanted a pedicure and I needed a Dip Fill. They took us right away. There was one other customer leaving. A man started my nails and a woman - Vicki finished it. The man was pleasant and interested in me. My husband and I were both very pleased with the quality of their work. The vibe was quiet as we ended up being the only customers there and we could not understand the multi-staff conversations. The decor was rather nondescript - in my opinion it could use some help.

Time to find a new place they were good a few times the more they know you and more tip you give them they treat the worst! I thought Quin was great but lousier every time! I gave them one last chance today. He got the wrong color and was supposed to have sparkles he didn’t even apologize! He put the correct color on top of the bright red he put on misses few spots looks awful!!!! I still gave him his tip!!! I hope to find a better place!!

Do not go to Ava Nails!!! Me, my mom and little sister went there and they are unskilled, unprofessional, lazy, and rude. We were all extremely unhappy with how my nails turned out, Angel was in a rush, rude, aggressive, and unskilled. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! I was appalled by the horrible service I was given.
