Autolab has the highest quality workmanship I have ever found. Both the owner, Ralph and his team of mechanics go far above just providing service, they take the time to explain the problems which my car has and their recommended solutions. I absolutely trust them and have been going to Autolab for over 10 years.

Finally. I found him. The only honest mechanic in all the land. Ralph of Auto Lab is as good as they come. Fair, honest, friendly, skilled, & experienced. I'll never take my cars to anyone else in Nashua again.

Jeff and the mechanics at AutoLab are efficient with excellent customer service. I work overnights and are willing to accommodate my sleep schedule during the day! I will be continuing to have my vehicles serviced with them and recommend AutoLab highly!

My 2016 Jeep Renegade that has only 57,000 miles on it had a terrible shake when driving on the highway or when i was heavy on the gas pedal. I took it in to Allen Mello Dodge twice and Route 38 Jeep in Lowell twice complaining of this SERIOUS problem. I was told it was this or that, tires unbalanced, etc. Each time the problem was not fixed and got worse every time. FOUR VISITS TO JEEP DEALERS and they had no idea what was wrong. I happened upon Mr. Ralph Turner as a very trusted auto repair shop owner in Nashua and made a call to him pleading for him to take a look at my Jeep. He had it ONE DAY and found that the front axel needed to be replaced and guess what?!? Jeep is driving AS SMOOTH AS SILK!! Ralph and his guys are AMAZING! Extremely reasonable rates and TRUSTWORTHY! That is a hard combination to find these days! THANK YOU RALPH! You are my new auto repair shop and you are STUCK with me!Services: General repairs & maintenance

I moved to Nashua in the fall and was looking for a place to get my car inspected/oil change done. I found Auto Lab online and the reviews were so good (one person has been coming here since 1992?!) that I decided to try it out. They were SO NICE! Easily the best and most painless car experience I've ever had. Ralph was kind and personable, explained to me that my car was "perfect" but would probably eventually need new tires as they were worn. He gave me $20 off the inspection price because I was a new customer and was an absolute joy to work with! I dropped my car off and an hour later he called to say it was ready. I will definitely be back--it is SO NICE not to have to worry about being nickel-and-dimed or scared into getting extraneous work done on your car. Ralph does it right!

I highly recommend Auto Lab to anyone needing an honest evaluation and great repair work. There moto is "Done Right The First Time" and they stand by it. Owner Ralph, and his mechanics Jeff and Mike are 1st class people. You can't go wrong at Auto Lab.
