Unethical and sales person training needs desperate improvement.
I went in to buy out my lease. I made an appointment a month in advance to be properly prepared.
I get it….. it’s sales. I’m a GM of higher end sales myself.
My designated sales person knew what I was there for and told me it would only be a few minutes to get my paperwork together.
He came back (of course) with telling me he could get me into a new lease ect…. I said no. He tried 3 times. I understand they want to move units but when no is the answer, It’s the answer.
The sexist comments didn’t help his case.
After stating “I have a (pretty) blue car I can put you in and “I thought this was going to be easy” …. My comment “why… because I’m blonde or a woman”.
The next comment “My boss is going to be mad with me”….. that’s not my problem.
Move into the finance office to sign my papers and unfortunately some aspects of the process were not fully explained in detail and paperwork was missed putting in my file to take with me regarding a ceramic coating.
It was poorly presented and not explained in detail other than how much I would be paying per month.
The question I have is if I’m paying a monthly fee for the term of the loan, does that mean everyone pays something different depending on the length of their loan?
In the end the finance person refunded the product but …. was the ceramic coating even done properly or to what level. The video on their website stated both the interior and exterior of the car are treated.
It’s obvious my interior was not even vacuumed.
I’m in customer service…. This is not acceptable. Integrity is everything in business.

We had brought our car last year in December. Jay was the guy who sold the car. Initially during the sales he was being nice but once we brought the car he didn’t help us out with any questions or concerns upon that the car wasn’t even cleaned up when we went for pickup it’s just below par standard's and it was not even charged. For servicing as well they didn’t even understand what the issue which was when throttling it was making a gushing noise, we had explained them a couple of times, but they always ignored the issue. Overall not happy with the attitude of the sales and servicing department.

State inspection and oil change. It was quick and easy and I received all of my updates via text as the service progressed. I was pleased to be able to pay online, which made the pick up of my vehicle go very quickly. Thank you Audi Nashua for being so efficient.
