I created an account with 4 lines in this store 9 month back. But they started charging 90 usd extr everyone because they did a mistake while enabling lines. Because of auto pay, I did not realize this for all these days. Today when I called billing dept, they accepted their mistake and asked me to walk in to this store and get a notate on my account so that they will refund all the money that they changed me extra.This guy did not want to create this note. And not willing to do. When I showed him the message I got from att folks, he unwillingly showed what billing dept asked them to do and did not create notate. I am stuck now. Billing guys says notate should come from store and store guys doesn't want to do that. He kept arguing with us in spite of a fault on their side.

BEWARE! Store hours have temporarily changed. We arrived to this location at 8:28PM to pickup a phone and the store actually closed at 8PM even though online it says 9PM.Update: Picked up the phone next day and the customer service was exceptional but be cautious of the hours.

We checked the hours of the store online and it said they close at 9PM. We even called the store to double check that the hours were correct before making the 45 minute trip to the store . We arrived at 8:05 pm and everything was locked up, lights off. I called the store again and they sent me to a representative that answered the phone and told me right away they were closed. I asked him why google says 9:00 pm and when you call the store it says 9:00pm ???? He said sorry we are short staffed I don’t know what to tell you. It is so unprofessional how AT&T promotes themselves . We can’t believe that they turn away people that are trying to go and buy brand new iPhone 15s. Their Customer service is terrible , such a disappointing company!

We like going to NH for all our phone needs when we are in the area! The staff is always so much friendlier than the staff in any of the locations we go to in RI. Paola was very helpful, had a conversation with us about their services and listened to our needs. She didn’t just rush us to spend money or rush us out of the store, like we were an inconvenience to her time. It was a nice change!! She helped my husband set up his new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and got him set up with a great case! We will come back and hope for her polite service again ?

I thought I had a good experience here and even went back for a second device but the only difference to any other location is they smile while lying to your face. Check your statement very carefully- as mentioned in other reviews, things will be added without your consent and/or explained in a way that is intentionally misleading. The last time I visited this location I walked away still carrying my old phone (intended as a trade-in) as well as a new phone and neither were fully functional but they got their sale including accessories I didn't need so that's all that matters.

Outstanding customer service from a kind woman named Paula. She was incredibly helpful, and was patient with me and resolving my issues. She went above and beyond what I would have ever expected, and was able to multi task in a timely fashion. If it wasn’t for her and the a manager I don’t think I would have been able to handle what I needed to more successfully at any other AT&T store. Thank you!!

Unprofessional customer service and lazy work attitude. Claims of improper inventory of a product that is false for its field. Crossed of boundaries of unrelated business concerning a product. Then other difficulties were approached regarding staff occurred requesting a simple receipt after dealing with nonsense of employees. Unhelpful overall. Poor representation of the company. Get a better handle managing your incompetent employees.

Had such a pleasant experience at this store! We came in and were immediately greeted and given a time estimate for how long until they could see us which was very much appreciated. We had a funky issue that ended up taking well over an hour, making the workers unfortunately stay later than their closing hours, but they were happy to assist no matter what time it was. They fixed our issue and were able to lift our spirits with their lighthearted conversation after a very long and stressful day at the apple store. Truly such kind representation from the AT&T company at this store. Thank you Nick and Jess!

The AT&T store at the Pheasant Lane Mall, is where you want to go if your already a customer or Seeing what they have to Offer. My experience with there sales staff was informative and pleasant. Sure it was busy and i had to wait a Whole 3 minutes for a Salesman to Welcome Me, He took my name and let me know it wont be long. Gave me some time to look around at what AT&T has to offer.I heard my name, The Salesman again polite and professional, asked the basic questions which landed me on The Google Pixel 6 a. Since my credit has some issues, they asked for a deposit. I told them at this time i cant, though, I need a phone so bad cause I do deliveries and my current phone is running so slow that its affecting my response time. I said please if there is anything you can do to wave the deposit I would be grateful The Salesman said hold on, I watched him as He was explaining my predicament to the Manager. The Salesman came back to me and said We got you. We completed the paper work and I walked out of The AT&T store at The Pheasant Lane Mall with my Brand New Google Pixel Thankful to AT&T and the entire Sales Team.

Beware of the scammer sales rep Christopher P who works here. He will add on the "AT&T Protect Advantage" add-on to your monthly bill (an extra $15 per month) without telling you nor asking for consent. Check your bill. Sneaky and concerning that I'm not the only one he's done this to reading other reviews.
