So I went in awhile ago, and I pretty much liked the office, dentist ect. However when I called to inquire about something , I was told something different than what I was told in person. In person, I was told I could start with a bridge and my teeth that are a bit loose will still last for sometime so that. In time I can move up to implants or implant supported bridge/dentures.When I called the other day, they now say that my teeth aren't candidates for the bridges, which what was originally suggested. So seeing I dont play this game I'm just gonna else where, where they dont change the story.

I have had many problems starting with a crown that got infected. I then had to go back and have it redone and go on antibiotics. Now they tell me that have to have a root canal. If I knew this was going to be such an expensive headache, I would have had the tooth pulled in the first place!

I went expecting to get a cleaning and some X-Rays. The staff for the most part was nice. They asked me to remove my piercings when I arrive for the X-Rays but not only do I have quite a few (no oral piercings however, just some in my nose and in my ears), the jewelry was put in by my boyfriend who died. I never remove my jewelry, even for surgical procedures as the jewelry is implant grade titanium and solid gold. While implant grade titanium can cause exploratory imaging to get a bit hazy, I have never been told by my former dentist (who I unfortunately moved far enough away from that I cannot visit them anymore) to remove my jewelry for X-Rays so I didn’t foresee it being an issue. I explained this to the staff member who did the X-Rays and she said it was fine so we proceeded. After the X-Rays were done, the staff member led me to the back where the procedure area was. A woman, who I assume was the dental assistant, took a two second look at my X-Rays and then reprimanded the staff member who took them about “you need to tell people to take their piercings out!” To which I immediately replied “Yes she did and I said that I refused because it’s never been an issue before and I was not told beforehand to remove them. These require tools to take out and have sentimental meaning.” The woman was extremely rude and said “Ok but you see this haze? This makes it hard for us to see.” And I said “Yes I understand but she did tell me to remove them, I refused, it’s not her fault. It’s the practice for not informing me and not having the capabilities to work around it like my previous dental office.” The woman held a wicked attitude on me the rest of the time I was there. The dentist was nice when she did come in, although I didn’t actually get a cleaning, she just kind of poked around in my mouth and said I needed three fillings.I won’t be going back here. A place like this should make patients feel comfortable and any professional should be aware that reprimanding another staff member in front of a patient isn’t a great look. I felt bad for the staff member who took my X-Rays. And the dental assistant who gave me attitude needs to get some empathy training as well as some continuing education. If I had screws in my jaw or a titanium plate in my head, would she have given the same grief? Or just because I choose to have piercings (again, were done by someone who no longer exists on this planet), I deserve to get such attitude from someone who’s supposed to be a professional? It costs $0.00 to have a somewhat decent attitude, especially when you have virtually no idea what someone is going through.

Aspen Dental was able to see me the next day after online contact and appointment. Upon arrival I filled out forms on a tablet and in short order was called for my issue. They took X-RAYS and was seen by a dentist in short order. VERY EFFICIENT and helpful for an out of towner.

Avoid Aspen Dental. Take a look at the lawsuits and reviews on YouTube and news outlets for more information.

Visited them three months ago, assured the comprehensive exam would be free if my insurance didn't cover it. Asked multiple times if upfront payment was needed, got a firm "no." Now, hit with a $229 bill. Won't return—straight-up liars. Misleading establishment.

I went with a broken tooth that I had been dealing with for 2 days because it was the weekend. I was in pain and sleepless for 2 days. Everyone in the office was so professional and made me feel so welcome and that they were going to help me. I wish I had gone there years ago instead of some other bad choices.

All people at this facility were knowledgeable, friendly, patient and understanding with all the questions I had regarding my teeth. I am very happy with the quality of service here, from the receptionist who checked me in to the hygienist and kind friendly lady who took the x rays to the doctor who took care to call me after hours when I had a dental concern. They went above and beyond and took extra care informing me what I needed for my dental work and answering my plethora of questions that seemed never ending. Even the Aspen phone call that directed me there was equally understanding and helpful.
