Yesterday I went to the Apple Store inside the Pheasant Lane Mall and bought an iPad and a pencil and the store associate that helped me, his name was Freddy. He was a very nice man and was so helpful. He answered all my questions I had and he wasn’t pushy or trying to sell me every little thing in the store that I really didn’t need, he just listened to what I was looking for and what I wanted and helped me get it. The store was pretty busy and he was very efficient. I was very happy with our trip to the mall but more than happy with our visit to Apple.

I went in at 7 PM to upgrade trade in my iPhone 12 Pro Max to 15 Pro Max without prior appointment on a Friday night.There are negative reviews and I was hesitant to say the least. However, my experience was amazing.They were so helpful, I was assigned a rep within 15 minutes, traded in and purchased within 10 minutes and assigned to a rep to help me transfer data and set up the new phone.One thing I have to mention is the patience, helpfulness and friendliness of a rep there called Sarah.Sarah, I hope someone relays this to you, you are amazing and you made my day. I wish all the good things to you in life.

I recently had a challenging experience at this Apple store. Been a loyal Apple customer for over 15 years and this has been my worst customer service experience for any retailer. I encountered significant difficulties when trying to redeem a gift card for an Apple TV on Cyber Monday. Technical issues prevented me from placing the order online, leading to extensive phone conversations with customer support. When I finally placed the order and visited the store for pickup, I was informed that the promised gift card was not available. This resulted in further time-consuming calls with customer support while at the store, ultimately culminating in a disappointing and unresolved situation. The lack of consistent information and nonexistent support at the store itself was very disappointing.

The store was busy for Thanksgiving but had good crowd control measures to keep the lines moving.Ordering ahead for pickup made the purchase process a breeze.

This store is full of ignorant employees. I came to pick up my order. There was no one at the entrance to help me out. I noticed a sign Order Pick-up, so I went there. I waited at this sign for about 10 minutes. No one approached me to ask if I needed any help. There was a woman in black clothings standing with her back towards me at the same location. I did not realize she was an Apple employee until she turned around and asked how she could help me. I was speechless. She was not helping anyone, but just standing there and not caring about any customers. Unprofessional! I eventually received my order, but I would probably avoid picking up my orders at this store in the future.

screen busted on back, had an appointment for replacement, phone would not back up, guy made a new appt for two days later so i had time to get phone backed up. Told me $29 for screen replacement or $99 for new phone. Which I knew because I have apple care. Came back two days later they tell me $99 for screen replacement, I said no its $29. They go to manger he has to look it up.. comes back says its $99 not $29. I said how much for new phone they say $99… make it make sense please… ! its $29 to replace screen!! I paid the $99 for new phone just make things faster. Not sure if they were lazy at not wanting to fix phone or have no idea of their own prices on apple care.
