I like this Animal Hospital as I think Dr. John Bednarz is outstanding. However, I do not trust Dr. Shannon as she disputes his recommendations. I am still waiting for my Sentinel to be approved for Annie Reed and nothing yet. He ordered Credelio and she disputed it. The emergency vet area is good as long as good docs on duty. Get Dr. Williams back. Excellent too and very compassionate.

Been going to Nashua Animal Hospital for over 10 years and the ups and downs of this place in recent years - from lack of staff and constant turnovers - was frustrating. However, I was pleased with my recent visits over the past several months. From the front desk staff to the techs and doctors, everyone is great! Dr. Shannon Kircher (the new Medical Director) is wonderful and will hopefully get this place back on track. It's clear she is committed to helping the animals and really loves what she does. She - and everyone else - are caring, compassionate and dedicated to their patients. Dr. Kircher took great care of my furry baby and she was awesome to work with! Hopefully the wellness program, boarding, day care and other wonderful programs that used to be available may even come back one day. Thank you all for all you do!

My boyfriend and I highly recommend this place. The entire staff went above and beyond for us and my 2 kitty's. We were in a house fire and my cats came here almost lifeless. Your staff saved my cats life and I will forever be grateful. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

The most dedicated and compassionate veterinary team. They really have patience and take the necessary time for my fear aggressive German shepherd mix.

Although the vets change fairly often I have used them for a number of years and have never been disappointed with their services. Really liked when they had the "shots for life" program.

outrageously priced niw and no bed side manners. only go because they're the only 24 hr vet around. so sad the original owner sold it to a conglomerate . really miss Dr bishop.

We brought our 1 year old cat to the ER facility at this animal hospital because he had a small computer key lodged around his tooth that we couldn't get out ourselves. The woman at the front desk was very nice and after completing some brief paperwork, she brought him back to a room. Within 10 minutes they removed the key and he was back with us. I was so pleased at how quickly we were in and out of there and they refused to take any money from me. Thank you so much! Katie

I switched from Banfirld to this vet. Everyone is so very nice - Dr took the time to go over everything. I highly recommend this vet and if you have an emergency the 24 hr facility is attached to it.

I really like this place && have been bringing my babygirl Chihuahua there since she was a puppy, she's about to be turning 8 this July && we have had very good vets there && always have great visits. The doctors explain everything that's going on, what they're going to do, how they're going to do it && answer all and any concerns or questions. All the receptionist have always been very pleasant && helpful. My only complaint tho is they are quiet expensive, which I know most vets are. I feel like it comes down to if you want the best treatment and work for your fur baby, you're going to pay for it.

Very bad experience!Rude receptionists and ignorant vets.They charged me ludicrous amounts of money only to discover they had misdiagnosed my dog. They nearly killed him.Worst experience ever.Do yourself —and your pets— a favor and do not go there.

I was told it would be a hour and a half wait then after a hour and half as I can see the vet sitting in the lobby chatting for 15 minutes they tell me it’s still gonna be over a hour more because the dog she is working on is more unstable than mine. I can’t believe they would say something like that without even looking at my dog, they have no idea what’s wrong with him. I will never come back here

I had been coming here for years every time there was an emergency with my dog. I am not sure what changed, but something did and these people could not sedate my dog to treat an injury. They didn't dose him right, then kept trying to dose him. My regular vet was able to do so without issues, and also said my dog could have potentially died due to the re-dosing. They initially charged me close to $600, but after being unsuccessful they removed some charges and I paid $180. I had called to be refunded further, as I was charged for a "comprehensive exam" which was not done (due to them being unable to sedate my dog) and I had called inquiring about the charge. I was told that the supervisor would have to approve it and they would call me back. It's been a week and I now need to follow up. I don't have time for this. My regular vet warned me not to go there anymore and that they have been hearing tons of complaints about this place recently.

I can’t say enough about AHN. They were so kind and caring to me and my family during a 2 month span where we had to put both of our beloved family dogs to sleep. We are especially grateful to Dr. John, who showed immense compassion and patience while he explained to us what was wrong with Cassidy and ensuring we had all of the information we needed to make the right decision. I am forever thankful that Cassidy was his patient that day.

It was a pretty good hospital. Not sure what it's like now, since we moved to another state few years back. Some of our friends in the area are still happy to go there and some left for another practice. I guess YMMV.

While on vacation, my dog decided to try to befriend a porcupine It was awful. We had to come here for immediate help. The staff was so amazing and took control of the situation. We were out in an hour. They were wonderful. My husband and I want to thank them. And our dog was back to being himself the next day. Many thanks!!!!!!!
