This is not your typical gas station convenience store. Alltown Fresh has several locations in the Northeast including this convenience store/gas station which was converted from a typical Alltown convenience store into an Alltown Fresh. Alltown Fresh still offers the basic convenience store stuff including snacks, candy, drinks, walk-in beer cooler, ice cream cooler, hot coffee, smokes, lottery tickets, newspapers. There are 18 Mobil fueling pumps including 2 diesel pumps and a car wash outside. What makes this store unique is that they have a scratch kitchen on-site offering made to order/cooked breakfast items anytime including egg sandwiches, avocado toast, breakfast burritos, and chilaquiles. The lunch selections here include burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, smoothies, and BBQ fare (pulled pork, smoked brisket, smoked chicken), and side dishes to complement the BBQ meats. They also have grab & go items here too.So far, only the three NH Alltown Fresh locations in Nashua (Amherst St and E Hollis St) and Manchester feature a BBQ menu. The other locations in MA, CT, and NY have different items such as teriyaki rice bowls & quinoa bowls, Cuban sandwiches, Wagyu barbacoa, Wagyu steak & cheese sandwiches, carnitas tortas, falafel wraps and others.I've stopped in at Alltown Fresh for breakfast and lunch quite a bit. I order my food on the Alltown Fresh app, which is super easy and convenient. I can watch the staff & the chef prepare my food to order in the open kitchen. The Chilaquiles are really good, which are crispy tortilla chips tossed with salsa roja, queso fresco, roasted peppers, onions, tomato, jalapenos, garlic, topped with cilantro and cage free scrambled eggs. The mac & cheese here is made to order in a small pan and topped with panko crumbs. I also had their Carolina Style Pulled Pork Sandwich was a big thick sandwich with soft pulled pork, vinegar, sweet pickles, slaw, hot honey mustard on a soft brioche bun. Their Pulled Pork Plate is a really good deal at $9.89 plus tax, which has tender pulled pork with a smoky BBQ sauce on the side, choice of two sides (mac & cheese and potato salad are my picks), corn bread, and pickle chips.Overall, I like the fresh made to order (MTO) food concept in a convenience store. Everything I've ordered from here has been great. It's not quite as a big food menu selection as a Sheetz or a Wawa and no fountain drinks here. The kitchen is open from 6 am to 4 pm.
