Love My New Grand Cherokee and the staff including and who I believe is the financial manager is super nice! They really work with you and they offered me the most out of the many dealerships I went to for my trade in. Only con for me was that it took 4 days for my vehicle to be ready for pick up but other than that I definitely recommend this place for your next car!!

I purchased a 2021 Jeep Cherokee from Allen Mello in January 2021. I dutifully brought the Jeep in for service including the multi point checks, oil changes, tire rotations and suggested factory maintenance. I knew it was expensive, but I didn’t want to void the warranty, and I didn’t want any issues. I thought the service department would let me know if they saw anything concerning and I was generally happy with the service. However, at the last few visits, the service department really missed the mark. When I brought the Jeep in for the multi point check, oil change and tire rotation, I asked them to check the battery. The auto engine shut off wasn’t working consistently. As a veteran Jeep owner, I knew the most likely culprit was the battery. When I picked up the car, I was told they couldn’t find anything wrong. Honestly, I was okay with not having the auto engine shut off, as long as there were no underlying issues. I was assured everything was fine. The next time I brought the Jeep in for the multi point check, an oil change, tire rotation and factory maintenance, I again asked to have the battery checked because the voltage meter was consistently registering lower. When I picked up the car paying $562.00, I was told everything was fine. Well about a month after that (August 9, 2024), after grocery shopping, the car would not start. I was stranded in the parking lot with a car full of food. I foolishly called Allen Mello and asked if I could have the car towed to the shop for service. They enthusiastically said I could, however they were booking appointments out to August 21, 2024! I am beyond furious! I saw this issue coming for a year, and I couldn’t get anyone from the service department to take me seriously! As a result, I was stranded and the business that I had been loyal to, left me hanging! Did they dismiss my concerns because I am an older woman; is the profit margin on swapping out a battery low? For whatever reason, their service department was either unwilling or unable to listen to my concerns and act on them. And even if they chose to ignore my concerns, isn’t a battery check part of their multi point check? In either case, I’m all set with Allen Mello.
Needless to say, I have found a new shop to service the Jeep, and I do not see myself purchasing another vehicle from this business.

Buying my second jeep from Allen Mello working with Jim Kacavas and Greg Stanton was again a great car buying experience!! No Hassles or games .The service I’ve received after the sale has always been excellent As well! I highly recommend Allen Mello CDJR and will be back for my next purchase.

If I could give zero stars I would. Service team is absolutely trash. I go in for one service next thing I know I got to make another appointment for another service and then after that appointment something else seems to go wrong and now I have to make another appointment. These guys charged me for a new battery and then I had to make an appointment and pay a service fee for looking at that very battery they installed and now after that appointment my radio screen mysteriously stops working and now I have to pay $700 not including service fee bc of these guys lol. Don’t go there they don’t know what there doing. I had to pay a butt load of service fees just for them to not fix the problem and charge me more. Don’t go here don’t recommend.
