Special thanks to Harold E. For helping me out and getting to my car way quicker than I expected. He handled my car with alot of care and was very personable. Over the years I've called AAA for a variety of car problems, my car died on Route 3, my battery has died a couple times, and I've even got myself stuck in a very icy Lincoln Park parking lot. Service is quick and top notch each time. Recently I went into the office to book a cruise. Bree Martin is a treasure, as nice and helpful a person as I've ever met. Just walk on in, a great place!

AAA fleet Nashua, my technician was Anthony! Very impressed with the service, courteous , respectful, friendly and extremely professional. He was very helpful and his customer service impressed me. He let me know how AAA is here to help in everything I need and mentioned all the services they provide! (I’m upgrading). His knowledge about the services AAA provides amazed me! Thank you Anthony l! I went in there for some passport photos, and Colleen helped us. She was extremely cordial, competent, and professional. She was also excellent with the camera and took a perfect picture on the first try! Everyone in the office was very friendly. It was a good experience and I’m glad we went there.

i had worked for these guys an in march and then they layed me off i was an hour ti two hours early everyday not one call out i was singled out because i had personal problems and let them know what happened nothing related to work then they come up to me when on break of training and said they needed to let me go this id give this business an zero star rating if I could do to being singled out for acknowledging

Was told no more than an hour wait for a tow truck. It’s now been over three hours and I’m still waiting. every time I call they give me the same excuse, “we will be there soon just running a bit slow and we can’t get ahold of our driver” . I’ve had AAA for over five years and this is the service you get. Steer clear

Sat in the waiting area for 30 minutes for a representative, no one cares about you. This location is only worth to go take passport photos.

Ordered tripkit showing scenic route....they sent me one showing major highway route...not at all scenic...I wanted route 1, not I95. Very poor customer service. I wonder if they will resend one...should I hold my breath or will I be dead due to them ignoring my request???
