Went there around 1:30am to get some stuff as it said it was open 24 hours. This place is closed at night. Guy was even in there mopping the floor but couldn't bother to even acknowledge me. Terrible staff and terrible location save yourself time and go to the 7/11 on 266 Main Dunstable Rd, Nashua, NH 03062 instead.

Was just there at 2am to buy cigs (I drove over 50 miles from mass) when we got there , all the lights were off with the cashier at the register with a sign on the door saying be back soon or something. There were other people outside that had been waiting for ONE HOUR for him to open the store back up and they said he has been doing this nightly. My girlfriend then took video of this and when she did , the cashier took off out back. We've been coming here for awhile , not sure what this employee is up to but it is making this location highly NOT recommended. Please do something about this ASAP!Edit : (contacted corporate like you asked me to , no response a week later)

The store owner is extremely rude. I stopped in around 1am to grab a few things, like I’ve done many times in the past. Got there the lights were half off and a sign on the door that said “be back soon”. I sat in my car for 20 mins waiting, few cars pulled in and waited as well. Finally a woman walks out of the stores, locks up and proceeds to walk to her car. I politely ask “when do you think it’ll be open?” She began to scream at me saying they were closed and I needed to leave, I then told her that she may want to change her sign to avoid confusion and she began screaming even louder for me to leave and that if I didn’t, she would call the cops on me. I have been coming to this location for several years, I’ve never had a complaint, workers are always very nice and I usually chat with them. I was later informed that this crazy lady who threatened to call the cops on me for suggesting a sign change and patiently waiting for them to re-open, was the owner of the store ??There are now only two cashiers, the owner and her family that currently work there and while doing interviews or talking about the job position to potential hires, the owner is stating it’s an “easy job, a 7 year old can do it” and right in front of her cashier too boot. This place has gone down the ?er and the owner is Toxic. Good luck to this location, you’ll never find new employees and will lose out on a lot of customers if this owner continues to interact with the public in this manner.

I feared for my life in this store. It was run down, and the employees were acting like complete burnouts. This black dude walked in when I was in line and asked the guy at the register and attempted to strong arm rob the place. I managed to leave in one piece, as they calmed the man down. The slushie was good.

Would rate 0 if I could. Workers have absolutely no customer service skills and have deals posted in store with inaccurate information and won't honor them claiming you need points? Then take the signs down or make proper notes for the deals.

Employees are polite and friendly. I actually enjoy going in to this store. I don't get the I hate my job and want to be anywhere else vibe in here, which I get at other stores.There is only 1 issue I've had and that's they never have Mike's Hard Black Cherry anymore ?.

not sure why this store has this low stars but this is the best 7-11 i have ever been. Employees are very nice in compare with other 7-11 stores that i commented before in MA. I bought gift cards in 7-11 stores and this is the only one that will help and write the amount on back of the cards.

Me and my fiance are staying in south nashua and frequent the 7 eleven on split brook. One of the employees suggest we sign up for the rewards. So we did. This morning we went in to grab some donuts. We had enough points to redeem to get the donuts for free. I wasn't surprised when we went to cash out snd the system wasn't working. Although that isn't the point, it's part of my complaint. Every single time we go in there... whoever is behind the register is absolutely miserable.it doesn't matter who it is they are all smiserable.we are unsure if her name but whoever was behind the register today was rude as all hell. She always is. She complains about other staff and she complains about other customers. She is not a nice lady. So our rewards were not working. It would not scan in. She made a rude comment about us paying cash for them instead of trying to figure out the issue with the system so we could use the rewards we earned. Because of this we decided not to make the purchase. We will most likely be going to a different store from now on.

I did purchased milk from these store and the milk was expired on 23 march they are still sealing the milk and i went to store to replace the milk or refund but these guy was shouting and asking me to come when owner was here and he was so much rude..
