Honestly this is the best tow and repair yard I’ve seen in my whole life. They have amazing customer service and don’t try to upsell you. They recognize you as a person, not just a client.

was absolutely rude when i called them to get a tow and transmission fluid. on the website it says they do transmission fluid. i called for a friend and he was asking me questions that i obviously wasn’t positive about and he was extremely rude about it with his attitude. never calling this place again after that experience.

Came out quick, driver was awesome, can’t say enough about him. I road along with him and my work truck on the flat bed, he explained how there were certain “brand specific” issues that vehicles have, but that overall “my vehicle” was built to go the distance. Lot of miles, so it’s great to hear that from someone who knows automobiles.I didn’t want to be towed home today, lol, plain n simple, but I didn’t feel like it was the beginning of the end of my truck once I was brought up to date on how these trucks operate. Thanks my man?

Literally I was stuck in MA after an accident and no one that my insurance, I'm not saying that I have Progressive Commercial Insurance, had called would tow me back to NH.I called 1st Priority and without hesitation Al and my insurance talked and Al showed up!!!I was on the side of the highway it was 27 degrees outside due to the accident my heater no longer worked.
