My 92-year old dad loves going to the Winnipesaukee Wellness Center. The staff are friendly, the equipment is clean, and it keeps him in good health. He is anxious to return now that it has reopened!
Hello Friends! Winnipesaukee Wellness Center is a local fitness center in Moultonborough, NH. We are a staffed, safe, and friendly environment for folks of all ages and fitness levels. The center has several different types of fitness equipment including treadmills, recumbent steppers, rowing machines, stationary bicycles, stretch bands, and free weights. Stop in during business hours and we're happy to give you a tour and discuss your fitness needs. :)
**** We are open 7 days a week for members with a key fob. We are STAFFED on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 7am-4pm (lunch from 12-1)
