Kim our agent did an outstanding job. We rented the residence in 2022 when it was under another company. In 2023 I wrote the owner of the property to see who now had the unit. I contacted Kim and was advised that the week we wanted for 2024 was already taken. During the winter when the individual who wanted the unit had not submitted the deposit Kim contacted me and let me know it was available. I took it. Also after we left this year my son-in-law realized he had left his phone in the bedroom of the house. They called Kim and within minutes she returned there call that she found it. She them shipped the phone to them. We love the house and it was especially nice that the bedding was made . We look forward to renting it again next year

Beautiful stay on Lake Winni with our entire family. House and location were great. Communication and service by Natural Retreats staff was excellent - timely and professional.

We rented a home in Moultonborough for this August 2024 , booking it in February 2024. About 2 weeks after renting we had a family emergency and had to cancel. Natural Retreats and the owner absolutely refused to help us, even though it would give them 6 months to re-rent ( and it did re-rent) We lost 4,200.00. Airbnb refused to help as well. Completely disgusted with this experience and lack of understanding of our situation. Very expensive lesson to learn so bad on us, but totally off put by the lack of reasonable help they neglected to give.

The Boat House was a unique retreat out of the past. Loved the deck, from which we saw and heard the loons, watched a small airplane land and take off, and enjoyed an array of sunsets and cloud formations. Just watch where you park your car; we had pine sap on the windshield and hood when we left.

Very easy to contact, they called a few days before arrival to answer any questions. Also had texted me so I had a number to contact had any problems arose during the stay. The place was well cleaned when we arrived.

The house served all of our needs with a fully equipped kitchen and ample linens. When we had extended family members join us for day visits the folding tables accommodated sixteen for dinner on the screened porch. The wharf provided ideal fishing for the grandchildren and the float was enjoyed by all. We will definitely return for future reunions.
