I'd echo one of the other reviewers here re: the delightful old school-ness of this gym. The owner, Wayne, is laid back. Bonus: he's got a Wayne's World movie poster next to the free weights.

This place is awesome! Owner (Wayne) offers fitness and strength training tips, knows his stuff inside and out, always so friendly and welcoming, just a great place to get a great workout! I look forward to coming to this gym every summer during my visit to the Lake. Wish I could work out here all year round!

Love this gym... we come here every summer. The owner is an absolute Pro... he cares about his gym and the people that come here. A real old school gym...
