This family owned and operated small business treated me very fairly and no doubt renewed my passion to shop local. I purchased two 20’ shipping containers that I was able to actually put my hands on prior to purchasing them. They had them delivered to my home in a very timely manner just as they said they would. I am completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone with storage needs. Shop local !!

I rented from here years ago, apartment was infested with creepy stink bugs and nothing was ever replaced. Place was an absolute dump. LL overcharging not replacing ANYTHING literally would not even replace burners on the stove that were a fire hazard. Do not rent from these cheapskates. So glad I bought my own home and can be done with sleazy landlords and provide others with knowledge.

Tibbetts Properties has the best deal on storage in the area. The conex boxes are weather and rodent proof. After 3+ years and 4 containers we didn't see any rodents or even a bug. Great people to work with, honest and professional. I highly recommend this business for your storage needs.

I used them for storage for over a year for some of my most precious belongings! The containers were in great shape and I knew my stuff was going to stay safe and dry. Being able to access it at any time was super helpful. Great price and amazing customer service!Turns out.. My dad also stored our family boat with Tibbetts for years! The only reason he stopped was that he now has a place to store it at home.

They have the lowest prices around. The units are very well kept and clean. Jon does a very good job with keeping the yard plowed in the winter so you always have access to your container! He also offers automatic payments, so you don't have to worry about remembering to pay on time every month. Would recommend to anyone!
