Our appointment was on time and the annual exam was thorough. Staff was friendly and professional and did a great job working with our special needs dog. I appreciate that they show my dog love so she views the vets as a pleasant place to go.

The staff and Dr.s are extremely kind and helpful. They saw my cat for an emergency and went the extra mile to clean up his carrier and him from having an accident on the way there.

Arrived with very specific need, and staff successfully took care of the problem. Staff was friendly and efficient. After spending an entire Sunday in Urgent Care(elsewhere), I appreciated that this appointment wasn't dragged out time-wise or cost-wise. In and out, problem solved!

Dr. McDermott and other staff have consistently treated our pets with the highest quality of care, presented care options, and taken time to make sure we are well informed and that our pets have high quality care including all preventative options.

Broadview Animal Hospital is a saving grace for pet owners. I called this morning knowing Iris, our 7yr old english springer spaniel wasn't herself. I thought a UTI. They fit us in, found she does have a UTI. Antibiotics, a nap and thankful pet owners for the extraordinary services provided continuously. Amazing STAFF at all locations.

I am happy with Broadview. Years ago Jax was injured and I drove him to your Rochester location. I didn't call , I just showed up. He was bleeding and he received help quickly. I appreciate that so much !!
