A line 15 people deep and they only have 1 open register. I come here almost daily and I’ve never seen Register 2 open, it’s always filled with random merchandise boxes that need to be put out on the shelves. The line was long and the poor girl at the register called for help (which I assumed was for backup on Register 2), but the other employee didn’t do anything at all. I’m a retail manager, and I understand that it can get busy and overwhelming sometimes. But the fact that Register 2 is NEVER open and the other employee in the building either isn’t trained on the register, or just didn’t help at all, is ridiculous. If register/terminal 2 is out of order, that should be communicated with your customers. Do better DG. I never make bad retail reviews because I understand the workflow, but this store is just inadequate.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would some of the rudest people I've ever met in my entire life I'm always super happy and when I said thank you have a good night the guy that checked me out told me YouTube or not I hope not and didn't give me all of my stuff when I came back and they were going to refuse me my bags because they didn't remember giving me dog balls when I'm clearly bought them brought all my bags and to show them just some really rude people

every time you run an ad for cheetos 2 for $5 and 6 pak of dr pepper 4 or 5 for $10 they never have in stock nor is any of the of those items or the items listed with them even marked on the shelves for the sale price. there is never any variety of the Cheetos - they used to stock Cheetos Flaming hot but never on the shelf anymore - only cheetos on shelf is the standard cheese cheetos - no other varieties. the past 2-3 months I have gone there every time you have advertised these particulars items on sale - I live about 15 minutes away in a neighboring town and not once have I been able to purchase said items - people working there day or night didnt know they were on sale and excuse on the dr pepper was there problem with the distributor not delivering the 6 pack items anymore. as an aside I went to your Lebanon NH store several weeks ago when they were on sale and they had inventory but price on shelf was not the sale price and the store personnel told me it wasnt on sale - I asked them to ring it up on cash register to see the price and the sale price came up - just that the help didnt save a flyer for reference in either store so they could verify what the customer was saying. I have a number of years in store management and even tho retired I would be glad to go there and try to train your staff how to operate a convenience store. I have spent precious expensive gas to go their to shop and have left with nothing - and that is a shame because I typically spend 40-50 dollars when the store was being properly managed. I am amazed that the district or regional manager for your company allows a store to be operated in an entirely unprofessional way. these low priced leaders are meant to pull in traffic that will but other items at same time but no lost leaders as advertised must mean you are using false bait advertising and I am sure the attorney general in New Hampshire would like to have this information. Also while there was no 6 pk dr pepper on the shelves nor even a place3 for them there was 2 liter bottles on the shelf but not at the advertised sale price. So that blows a hole in the store personnel saying they have problems getting dr pepper product. As a final comment you have three lights outside the store lighting up the store name but only the left most light is working so full name of store is not illuminated. If you cant run the store to corporate standards then shut it down and stop embarassing the corporate goodwill and name.

bad manager, no non-latex condoms OR silicone free lubricant., ihad to use wd40, as they had more of an auto and HARDware section then they did a other one. no bedroom performance increasers either.... i could only play my tuba in my bedroom for 35 minutes before i got out of brethe. i am very young and my mom is prison. porn.

The prices are good, the staff is nice but the store is filthy...not just boxes and merchandise everywhere but trash and dirty floors.
