Not a place for textured hair they ruined my hair with a simple color and could not blow dry my curly hair. Would not recommend them for services at all if you have textured hair.Service: Hairstyling

I don't want to put down this business entirely, because the staff is nice, however I didn't get what I asked for. I called to make an appointment, noting that I wanted a full head of color (knowing it's a lot of work). They didn't offer a consultation as a new customer, and when I showed them a picture of what I wanted, only halfway through said that it wouldn't be as vibrant as I requested. They didn't bleach my hair before the color, which I told them I was used to, and questioned. They said it was better for my hair, which I don't doubt, but that isn't what I asked for. Upon seeing my final hair color dry the next day (I don't have them blow dry), I saw that my roots were still natural color and the dye didn't even take. I would like to constructively point out them that next time, they should try to be a bit more transparent when a customer is trying to explain what they would like. During the appointment I was offered to come back if it wasn't to standard, but that's a red flag, meaning I felt like they already knew it wasn't right. My hair looks almost the same as when I walked in, just slightly more toned. I'm very unhappy with the result. It's just unfortunate.

These ladies know their stuff! I’ve visited twice to have my grays covered and I will be a return customer. The color perfectly matches my natural color and my hair looks shiny and healthy. Also- I procrastinated scheduling and they were able to fit me into their busy schedules both times.
