“These folks are the best vets around. The closer vet to our home that we used for years wouldn't see our dog who was dying of old age and ongoing undiagnosed healh issues. During her last few weeks things got bad with her not eating or drinking, inconntance, confusion and shaky on her feet. Our vet wouldnt make time for two weeks. We called this place, eventhough they had never seen us before after hearing the condition of our dog they got her right in that day and did what they could to make her comfortable and attempt a plan to extend her life. Although they couldn't help her live longer what they did for her during those last 2 weeks of her life to make her comfortable I won't forget. Especially when the dogs lifelong vet wouldn't see her. This was during covid as well but they still took us in. They are more knowledgeable than other vets we have used, are very kind humble people and really go the extra steps to make sure the animal is well cared for. They go over pricing with me and Ive had the bill come in less then the estimate on several occasions. I am very comfortable bringing my dogs here.”

“I originally went to this vet as they work with the Nashua Humane Society to provide follow up adoption visits at a minimal cost. They were very accomidating when scheduling that visit. I have been going to them for over 3 years now and I am very happy with the services. There are separate entrances for dogs and another for cats and small pets. I had been able to get a same day appointment when my pet was ill. I have a very feisty feline who they have been so patient with and able to provide support for her when needed.”

“Dr. Cianelli is an amazing vet. Never in my life have I had a vet sit down with me for over an hour and a half and discuss every aspect of my dog’s health, history, diet, and routine. But that’s what Dr. Cianelli did with us at our first appointment. There was no rush whatsoever. We sat in her office (which is more like a cozy living room) and we talked at length about my 9-year-old dog, Sylvie. She took the time to read every ingredient of everything I was giving her. She explained everything in ways that made sense to me and offered pragmatic solutions to get Sylvie on the path to better health. Dr. Cianelli is easygoing and considerate, and I immediately felt comfortable talking openly with her.She put together a comprehensive treatment plan for my dog and emailed it to me later that day. It included links and instructions for new food recipes (with resources for the best quality ingredients), organ meat treats, natural chews for her teeth, an exercise regimen, and appropriate probiotics and supplements for her condition. She also referred me to a new regular vet for blood work, an echocardiogram, and dental work. (I asked her for a referral because I didn’t like our previous vet.)It is obvious that Dr. Cianelli has a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of the body, and how it is affected by practically everything. I am a strong believer in treating and preventing illness with diet, natural remedies, and lifestyle changes before resorting to drugs, so finding a vet who understands this approach (much better than I do!) is absolutely wonderful. I was so happy and excited after my appointment with her. I’m so glad I found her! I live about half an hour away but she is definitely worth the drive (it’s a beautiful drive anyway!).Dr. Cianelli gave me so much valuable information already. I feel like what she gave me is worth far more than the price of the consultation visit!”

“I have brought several animals here for different reasons. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. Whether it's a regular check up, shots, a wellness visit or an issue it's always the same great service. When I have had sick pets they always fit me in same day and get them feeling better. My mini aussie had puppy strangles and it appeared to be conjunctivitis but it went from a dot to swelling and what looked like infection in both eyes. Brought her in and got meds, she got bumps on her face so called for a follow-up and with the new meds she is feeling so much better and healing nicely.”
