Don’t know like everywhere that their under staffed or can’t find qualified people to do the job. I’ve been in there several times because it’s right in my neighborhood. One person seems to be consistent with his professional manner. One seems to have a stick up their butt almost every time. Please remove this item if your going to be in a public setting. If you can’t seek professional help. There’s no shame in asking for help.

This is the first USPS location that I've ever had more positive experiences than not. With the exception of one older woman who just seems to be grumpy as a default, everyone's always real nice when you go in, and they move pretty quick even when there's a line and only one or two people behind the desk. We've never had issues getting our mail (some of the issues we've had with our previous local post offices and mail/package deliveries was so unbelievable...) so it's a nice change to not have constant issues!

Postal worker at the Milford NH post office forged my signature on an international package that I paid to have hand delivered to me and STOLE IT! Have been trying to have this FELONY THEFT OF MAIL BY A MILFORD NH POSTAL WORKER investigated, Milford just keeps closing the case without explanation.

We had a great experience with the person who helped us finding out new stamps to add up to my daughter’s stamp collection . He was a no hurry person… very calm and cool?

The lady working the desk the day my daughter went to ship a package was very rude and not helpful. I called to discuss the shipping charges she encured as they were extreme to confirm they were accurate and the guy that answered hung up on me. I understand its a busy time of year but that's no excuse for horrible customer service. Two employees....two bad experiences. Unprofessional

Without fail, I have never in the 5 years that I've lived in my apartment received any package sent to me through USPS. Not a single one. All other mail carriers have reached me without fail, be it UPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc, but USPS is the only mail service that has been consistent in never delivering a single package to me. It's also never successfully delivered any packages or letters that I've sent through them either. If there was a way to stop all online purchases and gifts being sent to me from using USPS, I would take that option in a heartbeat because of how reliably unreliable they are. I advise everyone to avoid USPS whenever possible.

So, I had a package set to be delivered today - I got a text notification saying it was instead at the local USPS office and only available for pick up. There was also a note on our main entrance stating that all mail and parcel will be held.I went and picked up my package, which was a small room with a lot of other people - not exactly safe.I called in, and after about an hour of battling with automated pre-recordings I was able to contact someone who stated the following:Your carrier does not feel safe delivering to Milford Trails (New Hampshire) because your post-room is not ventilated and requires close contact with other people. This is not true, it's an open room and the main entrance door is there, which the postman usually props open anyway. They are forcing everyone, including the elderly to drive out to a common ground and all meet in a small room to pick up their mail - since the CDC has no indication that the virus is traveling through mail, even as stated in the pre-recorded message that I had to listen to when calling, but DOES advise against gatherings of people, this just seems the opposite of safe.Is this legal?
