This is an exceptional business that actually cares about its customers and goes the extra mile to get the job done. Every step of the procedure is explained and the cost given so you know what to expect. The work on my vehicle was very professionally done and on time and they went the extra mile to clean my vehicle and leave me a pretty little candy token of appreciation.

I made an appointment to get my car looked at after I was backed into. The lady who I made the appointment with told me to bring it in and Doug would take a look and give me an estimate. My husband left work early to get the car there to be seen. He was greeted by the owner who asked him who the f he was. My husband told him how I made an appointment to get it looked at. The owner told him to get the f out. He doesn't take cars going through insurance. He continued to yell and swear at my husband. So needless to say we didn't have a good experience at all and Doug should probably work on his customer service skills.

Doug is the absolute best! He helped me out by covering my tow and allowing me to pay it back on the final bill. He worked really hard to get me back on the road fast; he knew I needed my vehicle to transport my toddler to all of her therapies. He's a great guy, does fantastic work, and is more than fair in his pricing. He's honest about what needs to be done and what could wait. Just a real gem. 10 out of 10 would recommend him and his shop to everyone.

Excellent customer service and workmanship. Very fair prices. Doug is excellent to work with. He provides all options on how to fix the damage and never tries to up sell. Vehicles were always ready when promised. Can't say enough about Doug and his crew!

I highly recommend United Auto Body! They were able to fit me in and get what I needed done the same day so that I could get my back window replaced the next day. Doug was able to straighten everything out on my back door so that a new back glass could be installed without any leaks or issues! Prices were very reasonable. Recently I had an collision where that back of my van was damaged. The van is used for the transport of my handicapped son. I took it to Doug for repairs. I've known Doug for a long time and needless to say he is a professional! Doug checked the damage and gave an estimate which was more than reasonable. When I submitted it to my insurance company, their estimators, well lets just say they were a joke through State Farm. Anyway Doug located a used rear door that ended up perfectly matching the color and as a result the repairs were much less. Can't say enough positive things about Doug and his staff, stayed in contact with me and kept me informed, great work and could not be any happier! Thanks so much to Doug and all the staff. Highly recommend this body shop. FD
