Very unhappy with the level of service, helpfulness and attitude at The Engine House. I'd been told they were iffy but love County Stores so we wanted to give them a shot. Brought our mower in last year for repairs. When we got it back we mistakenly assumed it would run property. We assumed wrong. When we started it up, it wasn't running right, started smoking and multiple loud kickbacks. Called the start of this season to have it brought back in to figure out why it wouldn't work since we hadn't used it since they worked on it. we were charged again for additional work that we're not even sure was needed or should have been taken care of last year. When I called to speak with someone about what exactly had happened and exactly why our machine doesn't work since they had it, the manager was argumentative and basically said they have over 400 engines so... they can't know everything and be on top of it all. To shut me up they took $20 of my over $200 bill that we don't even understand why we have and that was it. We will not be returning or recommending.

I have found my new favorite store. They literally have everything a hardware store should have. Got some replacement parts for my charcoal Weber grill. Great service and they had the parts in stock and cheaper than online. Will be back
