I deducted one star for a conversation I initially had regarding my rental. The woman on the phone was short and seemed irritable with me. Otherwise, all of my conversations have been great. My husband mistakenly moved to the wrong unit and with a few phone calls was able to work it out without difficulty - made a frustrating situation much easier!
