I had 2 hair trials for my wedding and both times I left disappointed. My stylist told me my hair was the reason my styles werent working the way I had hoped, even though she barely used any products or other techniques to give my hair even half the volume I was looking for. She almost seemed scared to tease my hair when that’s what it really really needed. I chose simple styles (all up with volume and half up with volume) My hair is not naturally thick but it’s not thin either. Very easy to work with. All the reviews about my stylist say she’s great and does good wedding hair, I would beg to differ.

Katie and Marta were my INCREDIBLE hair and makeup duo for my wedding day and they made me feel so beautiful. They treated me with such care and truly listened to exactly what I wanted. I'm always a little nervous about getting makeup done, but Marta let me bring my own supplies and worked with whatever I wanted. I felt SO natural, and my husband was obsessed with the job the two of them did (which says a lot!!). I got compliments the whole day on my hair and makeup, and truly felt so great. From the trial to the day of, I always felt extremely cared for through Katie and Marta. What's more, Katie blocked off an extra hour after my appointment in case any bridesmaids made a last minute decision to use Hampshire Hills for their hair the day of the wedding--which one did, and we thankfully had Katie available (she gave my sister-in-law an amazing, casual updo!). It was clear she was thinking thoughtfully ahead for me on my special day.I also frequently go to the salon for regular hair cuts as well as manicures/pedicures. I feel so comfortable having Katie as my hair stylist--she is a true professional and I'm always confident I'll leave feeling great. Marta also always goes out of her way to make me feel special. A few times, she's stayed late or said yes to an appointment on the spot for my convenience. I feel like these two women are my friends--I truly can't say enough about the amazing Hampshire Hills Salon staff!

The Salon at Hampshire Hills is wonderful. I am always happy with my haircuts, as are my kids. I also had one of the best pedicures ever this summer. Their scheduling is flexible and easy and their pricing is some of the best around. The quality of services far exceeds other salons in the area. I highly recommend them to everyone. The Salon at Hampshire Hills never disappoints!!

I initially left a review a few days ago and received a very unkind voicemail from One of the hairstylists from this salon for doing. I thought I should just delete it. Save my energy but I will not be bullied into being quiet about one of their screw ups. I've been coming here for a little while now each time I've left a little disappointed except one time. I will never go back here again. And I will attach proof of the haircut I requested, what I got, and the voicemail I received. Very unprofessional and rude way to handling Busniess. Honestly I got one maybe two good haircuts/hair services from this place and every other time I just shut up and went home to have my aunt fix it. But this time was very bad. DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS you wanna look like the lad from the berries and cream commercial

Laura was awesome today. My nails look great, the paraffin treatment was amazing and great conversation. Will certainly be back. The receptionist Lisa was wonderful also. Overall a lovely experience.

I love the salon at Hampshire Hills. They make sure you are happy. They also are highly technically skilled in their crafts. I have never had an appointment where I was less than satisfied. Highly recommend! I have seen Suki for cut and color, Crystale for extensions, Marta for facials, and Melissa for massage. All were wonderful.

The salon at Hampshire Hills is wonderful. Everyone there is very friendly, and whatever you're having done, it's done perfectly. I can't recommend the more.

Krystal is the only person I let touch my hair anymore. She does an incredible cut, color, and extensions!!!! Extremely happy. The entire staff is polite & helpful.

I have been going to Melissa for massage therapy for a year now and she has made such a difference in how my body feels. She is very strong, yet intuitively knows when to back off. She can find every little area in my body that needs work and adjust my massage accordingly. She always tailors it to what I am needing that day. Just as importantly, she also follows my lead on talking or quietness, and that is much appreciated and actually quite rare! I highly recommend her for any kind of massage, but particularly deep tissue.

These women are AMAZING! I had my first manicure appointment with them and I am SO impressed. The salon is quaint yet roomy. The staff is so polite and very professional. It is reasonably priced, especially considering the skill level and level of customer service! I will definitely be going back!
