I just have to say…I was having a really rough day and the lady at the counter was the sweetest person, went out of her way and and was so kind!!! It totally turned my day around!!! I, unfortunately didn’t get her name, but if you ask who gave recommendations to a woman and her dog about places to visit in New Hampshire (Franconia Notch Area) hopefully she comes forward! She definitely deserves a great customer service recognition for going above and beyond!!! I hope she knows how much her kindness was appreciated!!!
