Corey is the only good thing about this place. Doctors are old school and don’t seem to care much. Been here for years and it’s always extremely difficult to get through to someone. Takes a long time for call backs. And today was the final straw when I showed up for an appt to find out they called to reschedule it however myself and my husband had no missed calls from them or voicemails. I’ll be seeking future care elsewhere.

Until recently, my experiences with Milford Primary Care were overwhelmingly positive. Sara Rooney is a great, knowledgeable, and compassionate provider.Over the past couple of months, however, others who interact with the Milford Primary Care office and I have noticed a marked increase in hostility in general and routine communications. We have not seen this degredation with other providers within SNHH, thankfully, and hope that it does not become the norm as it is as unnecessary as it is defeating.

Dr Shafer is an excellent doctor. I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with this practice. Always responsive and attentive and Dr Shafer takes their time for annual exams. I never feel rushed or anything. The front staff have always been pleasant too.

This was my second bad experience with these people. I showed up at 10:06 for my 10:30 appointment after driving 45 mins to get there. After standing there for 10 minutes waiting for the front desk checkin lady to finish her phone conversation she told me because I was 15 minutes late for checkin(even though my appointment was at 10:30) that I needed to reschedule. The previous time they had served me a malformed bill and attempted to charge me 3x what I actually owed. This place is awful. Go anywhere else.

Harassed me to try to sign forms for opting out of vaccines. I mean HARASSED. I first said I would like to take the form home to review it. She told me "no they won't allow that". I politely but firmly declined at least 3 times to the initial nurse. The vaccine coordinator then came in to then strong arm me. I again said I am not signing any of that and I don't wish to discuss it any further. She said "because why?!" Unfortunately, after firmly and politely declining 5+ times, it was time to walk out with my daughter. Really unfortunate because we loved Jennifer Boyer but you DO NOT HARASS YOUR PATIENTS!

I wish I didn’t have to give this disgusting establishment even 1 star. I would strongly consider finding another primary office besides this one. My rights as a patient(HIPPA) was violated when I FIRST started coming here. Then I was demanded and threatened over the phone by a receptionist to come in to be seen for a script to be filled— once we’ve come to conclusion they have no availability to accommodate my schedule, I decided against coming into the office and the conversation continued to the point I felt harassed and started feeling anger. Later that day, I received a phone call from Bonnie the so called “manager” and was told my language was inappropriate and they advise me to seek healthcare somewhere else.If you’d like to have your health info private, want to be at a place where they actually care about your health and not your money, and be at a place where you are treated like an adult. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!!!!!*Sadly, after reading other reviews it’s looks like there is a trend of rude receptionists &/ or nurses, but they will take the staffs side of the story every-time so be aware if you have any negative interactions, you will be dropped as a patient AND especially if you don’t go often enough for them to profit off of it. STAY AWAY!!!!

Wow... like just WOW. RUDEST nurse on the phone I've ever had to speak to(when they actually pick up the phone). Doctor is non existent.. only does 30 day refills on ANTI DEPRESSANTS AND MOOD STABILIZERS. Haha. Like I'm trying to get pain killers. No this is medication I NEED to be on and have gone without because they just won't do refills. If I could give negative reviews I would. Places like this is why people with mental illness struggle even worse. Don't go here.

If I could give this office zero stars I would!!I have been a patient of this "practice" for about 4 months and in that time I have NEVER been able to make an appt with my doctor because I can't get past the docs nurse.First, they told me I needed a COVID test for a HEADACHE!Now I have a cold. Mixed with Asthma, and allergies due to the fall season I always get this sort of lingering cold that doesnt break up until I get a tapered round of steroids. The nurse sent me to URGENT care because I "could" need an xray. Urgent care gave me a 5 day round of steroids and sent me on my way with instructions to follow up with my doctor. I called to follow up on day 5 because the steroids didnt work and they said that since they didnt work that I have to go back to URGENT care because they need to reevaluate me.Im so beyong irate with this "doctors office" that is so clealry run by their own inadequate nursing staff.Stay AWAY from them!!

I've been waiting several months now for a referral to be faxed over to a specialist in Bedford. I can't be seen with the specialists there until MPC has sent this over. At the time they told me it should be a few weeks, keep calling Bedford and they never received anything from Milford as of today 7/26. It's disheartening to say the least that a simple fax hasn't been sent to get me care for a chronic pain condition.

Have been told for weeks that they do not test for Covid here despite the Southern NH hospital website saying to check with your PCP's office. Finally was told they DO test, just have few appointments (Still only a week wait). Not sure if the staff just don't wish to serve all patients or just don't want to be busy, but have had increasingly negative interactions with the staff over the past 3 months. Had a nurse rudely ask me "Why do I WANT a covid test?" after being hospitalized for pneumonia, and told I should've had one from a specialist. The convenience of a nearby office is not worth the continued disrespect.12/10 EDIT: Was told by staff they sent me a LETTER for an appointment scheduled months in advance to reschedule because my doctor had a meeting at that date and time. Soonest reschedule date was another week wait. Apparently decided to try and call an hour before business hours ended the Friday before, after already confirming by phone and automated text the week before. Somehow feel they wouldn't be so understanding if the shoe was on the other foot.

I have been a patient there for many years but it has changed so much. I know with Covid-19 things are busier and the office is right out straight but Trying to get my refills from Doctor D'Agostino takes at least a week and the only reason I got them was I called the manager. Some were for my Diabetes so I needed them. He does not seem to care about me when I go in for a visit and does not listen to me. I wanted to get a new doctor elsewhere but for new patients the wait time is 8 to 11 weeks and they would stop treating me after 30 days and I have several conditions so I am my hands are tied I am forced to stay with him.
