I have used a storage space here for over a year and just moved my stuff out because I no longer need it. My experience here couldn't have been any better. Staff/owner Ruth was always informative, pleasant and available. I was late with payment for a couple of days and she would send a friendly reminder by text, which I found very helpful because I had forgotten. She did not appy a late fee.
