After having a subpar experience with another local repair shop, I took a chance and popped down to Kincaid for a quote. The girls in the office were so kind, informative, and got me exactly what I needed quickly. Not only did they make the process extremely simple for someone who has never had to deal with a repair, they also did an excellent job making the work performed perfect. They actually had my vehicle ready two days earlier than anticipated and looking brand new. 10/10 recommend if you need work! While you never wish to have repairs needed to be made, if you do this is the place.

After my first accident with a deer I had severe front end & passenger side damage. Kincaids came recommended from a friend. When I called & spoke to Paige she mentioned their turnaround was 2 months if parts were available. My car was towed to their shop June 22 and I picked up on July 21. I can’t express how thankful I am for the turnaround & consistent info Paige was always willing to share with me. They worked well with my insurance company, Gieco. One of our work vehicles needed the front end fixed, due to a hit and run. Gurney's Automotive referred us to Kincaid, and we were very pleased with the experience. Kincaid worked with our insurance company, seamlessly. They had our car ready in the timeframe they quoted us, and on top of everything else, they helped me figure out how to pick up our car when I had no one in the office to help me at the time. Two of their employees drove separately to drop off my car and then head back to their office, totally free of charge. Super customer service!

Just picked up my Jeep from getting body repairs. The bodywork was excellent, timely and as quoted. Also the woman in the front office was friendly, outgoing and very professional on the phone...One area I wasn’t expecting was the outside of the vehicle as well as the inside (!!!) was cleaned!!! Thank you very much to all of you for a pleasant experience.
