The best part about this place was the dog. They were rude and unprofessional as well as just bad. They cut my daughter and I multiple times, did not do my color thick enough, and left many crooked and uneven nails on my daughter. In addition, the prices listed on the website are not what you actually pay. I was upcharged $7 and my daughter $10. They made rude comments about my daughter's nail beds and her desired length and did not give either of us the shapes we requested. I am unsure if they simply do not care or are just untalented. The rating is only a one because we don't have an option to go lower.

absolutely terrible. They were the rudest people I have ever encountered. I was looking forward to being pampered. Sadly I couldn't wait to leave. I made an appt for deluxe pedicure and eyebrow wax. I received a regular pedicure. it was a fine job,but certainly not enjoyable. while waiting for my toes to dry, I asked about the eyebrow wax. I was told the girls not here today, you can go. The most rude unwelcoming salon I have ever been too!

I made an appointment online the day before for a gel Mani/Pedi. They called me morning of and asked me to come in earlier - no problem. I was picking out my nail colors and wanted a different color for hands vs toes. I had only picked out the toe color when I was called over. The pedicure was fine, but after I noticed that she had cut one of my nails so short I could see the nail bed, and my heels were still very rough. (I pumice regularly, so I was shocked that this happened). When it was time to do my hands, I told her what color I was going for (I wanted a nude, opaque color with a sparkle over top). She gave me the option of two very transparent sparkly polishes. She said that with a couple layers it would be more opaque. (I hate seeing my natural nail through polish). By the end of it, one hand looked more opaque and the other hand looked like it barely had any polish on it. She didn't even shape my nails, and there was gel on my cuticles. The Polish started peeling off withing the first 36 hours and now, only 5 days in, most of the Polish by my cuticles has peeled up and off. Will not be returning.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! If you like being treated like crap, Then this is not the place for you! If I could give less than one star I would. The women in here are rude, they don't seem like they want any customers ever, and they rush to get you out. I made an appointment online last Saturday for a gel acrylic refill and a regular polish pedicure. I had an appointment at 11:30 am so I set my appointment for 9:30 am (the earliest appointment I could make) when I got to my appointment at exactly 9:30, she asked me why i was there, I responded telling her I made an appointment online for 9:30 for a refill and a pedicure. She loudly sighed walked over and told me to pick a color and pointed in the direction of all the polish. I chose my colors and let her know I was ready. When she was bringing me to the table I quickly asked if I could get my pedicure first so it could dry while I got my nails done, 2 of them rudely said no we can't do it right now you're gonna have to wait or come back not sure why because when it was time for me to get my pedicure another older woman came from the back. So I said okay and sat down. I had a cut on my pinky underneath the nail so I asked if it would affect her work and she said in a very annoyed tone i don't know do I look like a doctor? I just stared at her I was so shocked. Not only did she rush through my nails but none of them dried correctly and if you know anything about gel it drys under uv light it WILL NOT dry like regular polish. The top coat was dry but everything underneath is still wet and now. 6 days later most of it has chipped off. The first few times I came here I had wonderful experience but I also had a different nail tech do my nails, I've seen her before but I've never seen her in a chair I'm assuming she's the owner of some sort but regardless she just lost a new customer. I'm extremely unhappy with the service I received and I'm very upset about how my nails turned out. $90 + tip was so not worth it. I will not be returning

This business is horrible they are so snobby and unprofessional they cut me during a pedicure and I was bleeding and the woman just acted like nothing happened and I even told her that she cut me and she completely ignored me. they messed up my friends nails they were lumpy and way to short not to mention not the color she asked for. She complained and they were so rude and would not give her her money back and put words in her mouth. We will never go here again!!!!!!!

I love how wonderful Lina did my nails they are amazing !!! The design is so beautiful ! I also had my daughters with me Mimi An La they did my daughters nails and were so patient and friendly i love this place ! Will be going back for sure

I called made an appointment to get a jel manicure she asked if I had been there before I said no this is my first time. She asked if I could come at 5 pm I showed up 5 minutes early they said I did not call. I read her off the number showed her we had a three minute conversation she decided me calling said she could not take me. As a result I will not go there again.

If I could give -100 stars, I would. I got an acrylic set done here not too long ago. The tech sliced right into my cuticle with the drill and just kept going. My finger was swollen for days. She touched it bare handed, put the brush with powder directly on it, rubbed oil and lotion all over it, and actually filed it when filing my nail. An open wound that was bleeding. She didn't even stop to clean anything. Also the quality of the nails were horrible. She did not file down the back of them and barely checked to make sure they were even. I will not be going back to this business and I do not recommend it to anyone looking! I was charged over $50 for the set. Not worth it!

I used to like this place but noticed on my last two visits that they were not very committed to their appointments. I tried to schedule a 4:30 appointment with my daughters and they insisted we be there for 4:00, we were there at 3:50. They sat us in the chairs at 4:20 and started working on my daughters but no one was there for me. Apparently I was to wait until my daughters were done then it would be my turn. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if they cannot take you? Why didn’t they say they didn’t have availability? Isn’t my time as valuable as theirs? I left and won’t be back.

They weren't even in the salon, let alone the parking lot when I showed up for my appointment. Can't speak to the quality of their work because I ended up leaving. Very bad first impression.
