I stopped in to JM Princewell on a whim and found the MOST delightful shop. Perfect service, gorgeous wares. The folks staffing the shop were generous, helpful, and downright lovely. I will be back to JM Princewell whenever I'm in town.

I came in here expecting a small shop with a bit of clothing and jewelry. I loved everything I saw, the pricing was a bit over the top but everything was handmade it seemed to it was a great price.

Terrible customer service! Will not be buying anything from here again! I have bought Pandora rings from here before and have enjoyed coming into the store from time to time when in the area. However, I recently purchased a Pandora ring here about a month and a half ago. A few weeks into owning it, it broke and I just found the time to go in and see what they could do about it. When I got in, I kindly explained the situation saying that I had bought it a month and a half ago and that it broke a few weeks later, I was wearing a lacrosse shirt and the first thing the lady asked me was if I had been wearing it while playing sports. I told her no, and she asked if I had been doing anything out of the ordinary. I told her no again and that I had been wearing it and one day looked down and saw that it was broken. She looked at my shirt and again said, “well, you play lacrosse, so were you wearing it while playing?” Again I said no I had taken the ring off as you aren’t allowed to play with it on. She then went over to opening the drawer and told me to go to a jeweler to fix it!(I had purchased this at a discount so I understand that it may be more expensive to replace but I still bought it and it broke) I had bought the ring here and she didn’t even consider replacing it, it has literally been a month and a half since purchasing! I would expect a replacement if you sell me a product that should last quite a long time and is supposed to be good quality. Very disappointed and will not be shopping here again.

Fantastic shop with beautiful items tucked into every corner! Always a wonderful shopping or browsing experience. Any purchase is always packaged so beautifully, and extra attention is given to gifts. Kudos to a lovely shop and a job well done each and every time!!

Open the door and say aaah. The scents and vibe of this shop will relax you. Well curated assortment of jewelry (at many price points), accessories, soaps and baby gifts. Highly recommend unusual handcrafted beaded jewelry (see display next to the door and example posted).

If you have not been to J.M. Princewell you are missing out. It truly is a find. Lots of different treasures to the best selection of Pandora in southern NH. You won't be disappointed. The owners are genuine and helpful. It can be one stop shopping.
