They were once nice to work with. Now, they don't EVER answer their phones. They don't return phone calls, they don't return emails. If you can't order something online, don't bother. It took 3 weeks and countless calls, etc to different contact numbers, to get somebody to finally return an email. It took another week to finally get something ordered, after that, it took another week of pestering before the salesperson followed through. Their lead times are a myth. They then botched the CC#, so that took another week to correct. They tried to bill us for someone else's order. 3 of the nuts I ordered don't fit (too tight). It just kept going! I never did succeed in speaking to a salesperson, only their email and voicemail.
