Swim classes for kids at Hampshire Hills is a waste of money, go somewhere else. This place charged us $50 for a single swim class and all the swim instructor did was dump balls in the pool and then spent half the class talking to life guards. They also overcrowd the classes and sometime have 2 classes at the same time in a very small area so it’s not possible to move much. Stay away.

big fan of this place. small-ish fitness room but it's rarely crowded. they don't have a ton of machines but they have pretty much everything I need. lacking free weights.outside the machines, there are pools, courts, steam room and sauna, nice locker rooms, a restaurant and all kinds of things. they constantly do events both for members and the community.staff has always been helpful, and the other members are either friendly or mind their own business

I've been a member for over a year now and overall, I'm pretty happy. I deducted a star for two reasons. The first, is that no matter WHAT time of day or day of year I am at HH, they just cannot get the Wi-Fi situation under control. It never works properly. Either it's super slow, can't connect, lags after a few mins, kicks you off, etc. for the price tag, they should be doing whatever it takes to get this stuff sorted. If Planet Fitness can get it done for 9.99 a month, HH can for over a hundred!!! The other, is that the class times don't make too much sense to me. I understand why some of the classes more dedicated to seniors are midday, and I know there are some wealthy towns nearby where people may not have to work- but how about classes at a normal time of morning or evening? Not 5:00 am, but how about at 6:30-7:30? And then more classes that people who work 9-5 (or whose spouses do, in my case) can make? Otherwise, the facility is pretty nice, and there's anything you could want and then some for fitness options.

Disappointing. Joined to bring my daughter swimming, but was not told they rent out the pool (and tennis courts). Weekends are the only time we can go, and when we try there are always too many people in the pool to swim; usually due to lessons or birthday parties. Asked to cancel membership and was told it will be a few hundred to cancel. And when I said they should tell people they rent out the pool and so members may not have room to swim, I was asked “well did you ask?”. Well no, I would not have thought a club would charge ~$250/mo and rent space that affects members ability to use it! I did say when I was joining that it was to swim and can only come weekends, but nothing was mentioned..So disappointed. Anyway, sharing in case others may not think to ask too..

Hampshire Hills doesn't offer anything for teens. Sure they can jump in with the adult classes but that is no fun for a teen. I can't wait until my membership is done so I can cancel. They also need to bring back movie night.
