Honestly, I just wanted to sign up for a gym membership... but the whole "start here process" had me on the first step of what was so obviously going to be a high pressure sales pitch... I just closed it out and will go elsewhere. I just needed a gym with some equipment, a few decent dreadmills for winter training and some decent/fun perks (sauna). Not a used car salesmanship feel.

I went to sign up today, I say to the young lady I wanted the 24 hour pass. Signs me up only to find out after the fact it was not the 24 hour pass. For that it's 60 bucks... Didn't say anything about it. When I went in for the tour, I was quoted 50 for the 24 hour pass. Ridiculous!!! Edit to my problem: I called the next day and spoke to Kenny, who information me that the young lady I spoke with was mistaken. It was cleared up and that was why I changed my review.

The Gym in Milford needs updates machines qnd their cardio equipment is not great. Do like the types of equipment they have and the sauna k Is a plus. Locker room is clean. Hours are great.

Used this gym temporarily while on a work contract. Facility had all of the equipment I like to use, ample amount of free weights and barbells, kettlebells, a deadlift/Olympic lifting platform, rowing machines, assault air bikes. Kenny at the front desk was especially helpful and accommodating for my temporary use. Would recommend this gym to all types of fitness levels!

Recently relocated from Manchester to be closer to work and I live and work within 10 minutes of this location so it was an easy choice of me wanting to join this gym.Overall they have a good variety of equipment for different muscle groups and the membership cost is bit on the higher end especially due to what I state below but still reasonable.It could easily be a 5 star rating but until they replace some of the really worn down equipment or even restore it then 4 stars is all I will give. I do know that some new treadmills are coming in so hopefully this is a sign of a continued pattern.The manager is great and down to earth as well as an employee that mainly works weekends but I can't recall their names so I will update this review once I do.

Wont stop calling me asking me to renew with robo-calls, keep getting calls as late as 8 PM. For the love of god, leave me alone.I've called this location and they say they cant do anything for me. STOP CALLING ME. I GET 5 VOICEMAILS BACK TO BACK FROM YOUR ROBO CALLING. ITS DRIVING ME INSANE, PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE.

I always come back to this gym when I’m in town. It’s well laid out with solid equipment. I am competitive bodybuilding and this gym would be great for anyone interested in getting fit. The members all demonstrate proper form that a newbie could learn from. People respect proper gym etiquette and don’t hog machines. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a good well-rounded gym.

I love this gym! It's always clean and there are spray bottles with paper towels and disinfectant to wipe down the machines once your done at that station!! Guys at the front counter are incredible very welcoming and helpful

I have been a member for over 10 years since it was Golds Gym by the same owners. I have always loved this place. Great atmosphere and the staff is so kind and accommodating.
