The CVS store in Milford NH is great. The pharmacy staff is excellent and always very knowledgeable and compassionate. The store staff, especially LaKrisa is an amazing asset and representative of CVS.

Staff always friendly, store is always clean and well stocked. When I order online to pick up in store, the whole process is super easy and fast, and I’m talking about within minutes. Great shopping experience!

I'm finding it difficult to believe that we have to trust our health to these people! The pharmacist told me yesterday that they can substitute any generic for the med I'm on and I'll have to deal with it? The next script, today, I was told they didn't have enough in stock to fill the script? The next employee on the phone said they have none in stock, but she "has a feeling" they'll have some soon? Maybe? Probably? What the hell is going on with these pharmacies?On average it takes three to five days to fill a script? I have several, so how many hours a month go into this? They need to get back to doing their damn jobs!! Not happy at all!!!

For the most part, everyone is very helpful but they lost a great employee in Evan. He is the best & always greeted you and went beyond to help in anyway he could. Really miss him!! Since he left the service is sub par. We waited a week for my husband’s new med he needed!

The pharmacy always seems to have a line, and is very slow. Although I've been going there for over a year, for some reason they filled my last prescription without using my insurance, so I had to go back and get a refund.

Always pleasant, pharmacy is so above any other cvs I’ve used in terms of communication, attitude, patient well being. They deserve 5+ stars.

I love shopping at CVS. I particularly love the benefits from my Care pass. The only comment that I would make that could improve my review would be that the public restroom could use some attention.

Total ripoff. Bill for my prescription, $122. Read up on it, it's available over the counter for about $19, or from costplus for $8.

Said they had something in stock but then when my prescription came in so I have to wait two days they have to order some more. I wanted to ask the girl yes the girl if she just realize that today! I hate liars!!

Meagan St. Clair is an totally incompetent pharmacist. Please double check any prescription she fills for you or your loved one's prescription. It is absolutely beyond my comprehension that this young woman passed any and all examinations to become a licensed pharmacist. Do your due diligence as an informed customer and ABSOLUTELY double check any script she fills. She is extremely immature in her demeanor, and represents CVS is a horrible manner. Do better CVS!

Myself and my husband have been using the Milford CVS since they opened. We go often for our meds and otcs. Have only gotten attitude maybe twice. Both times were from Pharmacists I had never seen before,and never since. We usually deal with Evan,who is great,and always goes the extra mile to help us when necessary. Kudos to all the Pharmacy staff! Very stressful jobs,people are very demanding, and they put up with a lot. Great job guys!!!

this is why i don't use CVS and haven't for years...they advertise 24-48 turnaround for PCR testing...took mine over 80 hours ago and still no results...needed for travel today. when i called i'm told "we say 1-2 days but generally takes longer"....so they admit they flat out lie to customers, yet they take your money, your insurance companies money, or the governments money for testing people...and don't give what they promise...never again will CVS get a single penny of my money or time.
