Don't usually review places other than restaurants but this is the Arkham asylum for old people. My grandma bless her heart was figuratively turned clinically insane. She stabbed me with a spork from the cafeteria I had fight her off. Unfortunately the battle ended with tragedy as I lost my cool and beat her to death. Other than that good architecture and nice staff.

My friend came to Crestwood Center this past summer, and I have gone in frequently to spend time with him and at times to observe as he works with therapists. Wish I could cite all individuals who have provided him quality compassionate care as they have worked to help him regain his health. From administration, director Anna, to the head nurse, Sharon, and the doctor, Dr Eaton,, staff nurses, skilled therapists, the social worker and LNA’s who have all cared for him and made him feel supported, we could not appreciate Crestwood’s staff more! Staff show they care the most as they seek feedback/input from family and my friend as resident. Communication is a great strength! My friend is receiving top notch care despite staffing shortages. We are thankful he is making gains and although he has not yet achieved his goal of going home, he and staff do all they can to get him there.Writing again as my friend to another rehab center so hecould be closer by.Every person who was part of my friend’s healing path, a heartfelt thanks! You treated him like family and he felt it!Naming a few of his dedicated caretakers with great heart and dedication to his whole person and sadly I will miss names but (in no sequence ) Dr Eaton, Brenda, Wendy, Margaret, Delanie, Ashley, Linda, Laura, Esmerelda,, Sonja,, Nathan, Ella, Joseph, Kristin and her sister,Lexi, Carina, Eric, Heathers, Beth, Amanda, Lu, I know this isnot everyone, chefs and staff, all contributed to his well being, thank you!

I was there in March of 2021. My time there was so miserable that I contacted the VA and told them to NEVER ever send any Vet to the place. The head nurse of the isolation ward was very good. I was supposed to get PT 3 times a day. I got once every 3 days. The doctor made medical choices without talking to me. He cut meds when I had questions a nurse about them. never again.

My Dad came here for short term rehab during the Covid Pandemic. He received excellent care! Everyone did the very best they could for him during a very difficult time. The staff is extremely caring, professional and always took time to talk to us, the family, whom unfortunately were not allowed in. Thank you Crestwood for your exceptional care.

I am almost 92 years old and I’ve only been in a nursing home twice. I was well taken care of at Crestwood, everyone was so pleasant. I give an A+ to the staff!

I met with the admissions director (Maggie). She is professional and courteous, after spending an afternoon with her I feel comfortable saying my father will be in the best of hands at Crestwood.

Twenty five years ago, my mother was a resident of Crestwood Center. The care provided to her was exceptional. I vowed, when I retired, to try to give back to Crestwood some of the kindness extended to my mother and family. I am a volunteer now. Although the faces have changed, the level of care and kindness shown the residents has not changed. It takes a special person to work with some of our most vulnerable family members. Crestwood shines!

Staff is always friendly and accommodating. They show compassion with every resident and enhance the quality of life daily. My family member enjoyed being there and loved the staff

This facility was one of the cleanest i’ve ever encountered. Everyone here is beyond friendly and super easy to work with. They have these awesome spirit weeks where the staff dresses up and has activities for the residents. While visiting during Christmas I was lucky enough to be apart of the tree decorating with the wonderful residents. Crestwood is the place to go.

This facility has great people who genuinely care for their clients. The nurses are first rate, and the activities department may actually be superheroes.
