To Julio, the service manager.Attached are pictures of how my service was.When I got home from picking up my Jeep from your service, I went to check my oil and when cooled down my coolant level. What I found was, * The wiring harness was resting on the steering shaft. I re attached the harness clamp to the bracket.* Then I noticed that the bracket was not tightened and that the nuts were only started on the threads. I tightened up the bracket nuts.* Then I noticed that there were two bolts on top of the cowl !! Where are these supposed to be ??* Then there was the air intake to throttle body that was not connected.Overall, this was not a good experience. This was a very expensive repair and I do not have confidence in the work that was performed.Please review and comment.I did not receive any response. I will never recommend this dealership.

I recently purchased a 2024 Jeep Wrangler from Contemporary Auto and this dealership is very easy to work with - no pressure environment with sales people who know their stuff and care about your wants and needs. I started the process in May 2023 and had some very specific options that I wanted my new Jeep to have. At the time, there were no 2023's in inventory with those options so I decided I'd order a new 2024 which were just starting to become available. My sales person Chad was all aboard to help me get a new 2024 configured even though it meant we would have to wait a couple months for Jeep to release pricing on all of the options. Chad kept me updated every step of the way as additional options became available and finally when we could place the order in early July. I appreciate that he took the time to keep me updated and work with me over the course of months instead of just trying to force me into a 2023 on the lot to make a quick sale (which seems to be the way most other dealerships operate). The process was all very straight forward - would definitely recommend this dealership to folks!

It is great having a local dealership like this around. Have bought a couple vehicles from here along with getting them serviced ( oil changes/ warranty work) and have always left happy. Very professional place, no hassle on warranty work, and the few salesman I have worked with have not been too pushy which is a huge plus!

The showroom was clean. I was disappointed to be charged $475 accessory fee for "etching" that I can't find. Also to be told the detailing person would buff the minor blemishes out then to see it was never done was also disappointed. Especially since I walked in with a HUGE CASH down payment. Not sure if I can recommend the dealer to friends.

My recent service for my Wrangler was outstanding. The staff was on time,efficient, and courteous. They gave me an estimate prior to working on my vehicle (which ended up being spot on). After they completed the job they showed/ emailed me a video that explains recommendations for future service. There was no "hard sell". I 100% recommend Contemporary Chrysler and will continue to rely on them to service my Jeep Wrangler.

I took my Jeep Renegade in recently for auto inspection and to fix my front seat. They were able to get my car in earlier than expected which was fantastic. They communicated with me quickly by phone and text what needed to be done. Car was ready to go in the afternoon. Been using Contemporary for years now and they do a great job with our family of jeeps.

I had two of my vehicles in for service at Contemporary and it's been a very pleasant experience. The available dates and times for service have been much more reasonable than another dealer that I have used extensively in the past. The waiting area is clean with refreshments, magazines, tv, couches, arm chairs, and a bar style counter/table that has a USB charging dock for your electronics if you're waiting while your vehicle is serviced. The staff has been friendly and efficient, and communication has been great.

Very pleased with the service team. Julio took the time to speak with me and answer my questions and concerns prior to my first appointment.During my appointment I met with Joe, who went on to give a clear explanation of the work that needed to be done to my Promaster. Additionally, the customer waiting area is VERY comfortable.There are 3 Ram dealerships that are closer to home for me, but none of them could be bothered to answer a few basic questions prior to scheduling an appointment. I'm glad I made the decision to go with Contemporary to service my van.

Great customer service. Our salesman was Chad, the sales and finance department were nice, very thorough, helpful and answered all my questions. Chad was Very nice to work with and very personable. The Service Dept was great, quick and clean. Had my step rail added, even for a brand new car just days later they vacuumed the front and topped off fluids and covered the front seat when they drove it in so it would stay clean, (and that’s just what I noticed). Overall great experience very happy.

It was the best car shopping experience I’ve ever had! Chad was our account manager and was great to work with. He listened to what we wanted, was patient, kind, showed us exactly what we came to see. He was fantastic!! He followed up twice after I bought my new car to make sure everything was OK and to see if I had any questions. Also the finance manager was great at the end through all the paperwork.

The folks at Contemporary were great customer service before the sale was good and too aggressive. The video of the car you're looking at was a nice touch. The purchase process was typical of any dealer in that you'll be there a few hours.

I have gone here for all of my Rams maintenance and they have been outstanding every time. The team always informs me of what they are doing and during different steps of work. I will continue to have my repairs done here.

Joe was my service coordinator, he’s nice however, I wish I didn’t have to call several times to find out how my car was doing over the 2.5 weeks contemporary had it. Aside from that, (and this isn’t Joe’s fault) I was told my vehicle would finally be brought into the shop and finished by end of day friday. I received no update on Friday or saturday- I called again on Monday and was told it was actually being brought in that day. So to sum it up- confusion, and again this isnt necessarily joe’s fault but I am apprehensive now to return to contemporary.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. The manager and staff have no respect. Very rude and disrespectful. Unable to have an effective conversation about a potential sale they could have had. Honestly, i'm appalled by how I was spoken to, spoken down to when I showed interest in a vehicle. Unreal.

Waited in the drive up area for a service person to help me. The service person joe was too busy hanging all over another service girl at her desk. Very weird and awkward.
