This visit to Contemporary Automotive was for the State Inspection. Since starting to come here for my Jeep service needs, I have always had great experiences; The waiting area and bathrooms are immaculate, the staff is courteous and helpful. There is a nice hot beverages area, and a popcorn machine... can't go wrong!

Took my '22 Wrangler Unlimited still under factory warranty for a wobble/shaking issue at 70 mph. First time I went they chalked it up to wheel imbalance, balanced the wheels and sent me on my way. The issue SEEMED to have resolved for a few miles but soon after had the same issue, slightly less severe. But this was a bandaid, not a solution.
Second time I went in, it was for the 19A clutch recall and to have this wobble issue looked at again. Now they "confirm" it was the steering dampener. Well I can assure that the dampener's condition was the same, and the first time they "couldn't find a single thing wrong". The first time I went in it was a few hundred dollars just for my issue to not be fixed, routine maintenance that didn't need to be done marketed to me as a fix for a very common and known issue. the second time I walked away without paying anything. In my opinion this should have been the case from the first visit, because the issue wasn't resolved and the work performed, not including the oil change, was not a resolution.
4 stars because I wouldn't expect any less from a dealership. Typical sleazy tactics but it's not necessarily the staff's fault that pretty much all dealership service departments will play this BS game with you to squeeze out the service costs before having to submit to the factory warranty. However I feel that hundreds of dollars were wasted on an issue that ended up being 100% the fault of the manufacturer.

From starting with Kris, to working with Jack and wrapping up with Ashley this was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. I am from NY so I had to travel 5 hours to get to the store and handling all of the paperwork remotely made me nervous. Everyone made it simple and by the time I showed up to pick up the Jeep everything was set and ready to rock. I could not be happier with choosing Contemporary for my Jeep purchase!

We just purchased a new Jeep Wrangler and have nothing but GREAT things to say about this dealership. From the time that we pulled into the lot to driving off with the Jeep. First Julio (the salesman) greeted us and was fantastic. There was NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES HERE. He found us EXACTLY what we were looking for. Then came the negotiations. The Sales Manager again was spot on with the offer and NO PRESSURE. Finally, our experience with Ashley (Finance) the paper work was a breeze and she was VERY pleasant and extremely organized. Might I add that the cashier was also very upbeat and a pleasure to deal with.
We have been buying cars for over 40 years and this was HANDS DOWN THE EASIEST, NON STRESSFUL, BEST EXPERIENCE we have EVER had.

If you are good 2 week repairs times, service is great. There appears to be a supply chain issue where parts not not readily available for repairs (even though the same parts can easily be obtained on open market). Until the dealership solves this issue I would avoid service at dealership.

One of the most friendly and ethical service departments I have seen. They do great work and communicate in detail throughout the repair process, so you know exactly what is happening with your vehicle. Highly recommended!

Very quick service Everyone was polite and helpful explaining what was being done so I understood
