I and my family have been banking here for over 30 years. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They get to know you and work to get you what you need. It is nice to have the flexibility of business and personal banking in one spot. And the online portal is easy to use. I highly recommend this bank and branch.

I have tried calling them 5 times and they keep hanging up. I have been charged twice with a purchase and need to get that back but the web app is useless the number there just talks about the recent bank merge and provides no actual aid, I was told to call my local branch and they continue to hang up.

Closed down for Covid and changed hours so no one can do any essential business not even the drive-up. Annoying. I'm sure they will be back to normal once the stimulus runs out on July 31st. Not convenient in anyway.

Citzens Bank in Shaws in Milford , NH is the best!!! The employees are so helpful and very kind. Always there for us. I heard that Citzens Bank is closing in June 2020, what a shame. It makes my shopping experience easier at one location. I wish all the employees the best. Thank You for all you do.

The people are VERY helpful I ABSOLUTELY love the employees. The bank itself? AWFUL I hate this bank it is a pain in my bum and I hope I can change banks SOON.
