My son-in-law dropped his car off for an inspection and had to pay for repairs when he picked up the car. I was a bit shocked because he didn't authorize them to fix anything. I returned to the shop with my son-in-law to discuss the issue because I had fully expected to fix any issues myself. The issues were minor and to their credit they were willing to refund the labor portion of the bill after a lengthy discussion. One thing that I found upsetting is that they have a policy of fixing any problems they find without contacting the customer. They said that all their customers trust them to go forward with any work and they do not have time to make phone calls. I found this policy very odd and hadn't experienced this anywhere else. I can't really comment on their trustworthiness but they seem nice enough. You just need to be prepared up front that they will go forward with work without contacting you.

Brought car in for a repair and ended up having problems later that day on an unrelated to the fix. I uncovered that it was tampered with to cause the part to prematurely fail. Resolved the tampering which was in 2 areas and have had no issues since. Place came to me recommended from friend.

They fixed my truck... Cost me a fortune but that's not their fault it's because parts are at a premium... But they diagnosed my electric suspension on my Yukon and she rides good with no pop up error messages anymore...

I experienced some recent difficulty with my transmission. Another garage told me it would be in their shop for five days and quoted me over $2,000!After reading the great reviews here, I brought my vehicle to Briand's.Keith and his son found a minor issue with my transmission and repaired in just one hour and no parts needed!
