In my opinion, this is truly one of the most vile places to shop at. The extremely clear disrespect and condescending attitude by the staff there especially directed towards anyone with a higher level of speech or an accent other than their own is disgusting. I have never had to deal with such a low level of customer service from a local shop we were trying to support. Very rude and not worth giving any business to from myself. Absolutely felt like a scene out of a horror movie.

We just had to purchase a new dishwasher and decided we want to buy local. I am so glad I found Brennan & Mackay! I knew exactly what I wanted, purchased over the phone and the install person was awesome! I wish I knew his name. I will definitely buy from them again! Great customer service!

Today, Nick from Brennan & Mckay came to our home to service our dishwasher, which wasn’t working. He was so helpful! He went above and beyond explaining to us what was wrong with it, why it happens, and the different ways the issue could be fixed. He was so nice, patient, and easy to talk to. B&M has a wonderful worker in Nick!

Brennan McKay Appliance is a great family owned store. You’re not going to get the service and expertise at a big box store. They’re just as competitive as the big box stores as well. You get what you pay for.

Exceptional customer service! Our dryer broke and we went in looking to purchase a new one about 2 hours before closing on a Saturday. After speaking with Julien about options and explaining what happened to our, he said it was likely a belt that broke and explained how to replace it and sold us an $18 part. Unfortunately it wasn’t the belt so my husband went back to purchase a new one, about an hour before closing. The dryer wouldn’t fit in our SUV but Julien offered to drop it off to our house, in his own truck!
You don’t find this kind of service in any big box store. Brennan and MacKay have my business for any appliance needs!

We bought new kitchen appliances for our home, and had a great experience. Brennan & MacKay was knowledgeable, helped with measuring our unique space, and their prices beat the local big box stores. Our delivery and installers were professional, clean, and very helpful. We will absolutely use them again!

Read the other low rating reviews. We discovered after purchasing our 5th appliance from them ( which didn't work properly, they said it was our electric. The professional and licensed electrician we hired at our expense says otherwise ) that there is a lot of truth to them. This place is great if you just buy stuff, and never complain about things not working, or figure out how to sort it out yourselves. When you have a problem that is not easily solved though, they turn into a completely different company that tells you to never call them again and is incredibly rude. We will purchase our appliances elsewhere in the future. Regarding their response: "professional and licensed electrician" is where our information comes from, 'nuff said. we hand washed dishes for the majority of the 60 days we had these 'dishwashers'. you couldn't fix it. We demanded a return. we did not threaten to call lawyers or the BBB. you went off on us for wanting to return a dishwasher that doesn't wash dishes. I wouldn't have bothered to spend time writing this 1 star review if it wasn't for how shockingly rude and unprofessional you became on that phone call. Seriously, anyone else thinking of doing business here, go elsewhere.

As usual, Brennan and Mackay provided exceptional service. Tommy, via phone, helped direct us to the most appropriate washer. We purchased and set up a delivery/installation/removal date. The delivery crew was prompt, polite, professional and friendly. They tested the machine and gave us great instructions. So much better than the Big Box stores!

just had another major appliance delivered by Brennan & McKay. A French door refrigerator. Bought a nice Electric stove from them awhile ago for my rental. Everything was great. From buying the Fridge in the store to the delivery and install today. Delivery guys were top notch. Removed the old one and installed the new one. I bought the stove from them on line. Nick came out to repair my dishwasher and washer in January. Not only was he friendly and efficient, but he provided a good deal of information to prevent issues in the future. I was also pleased how soon someone could come to my house for repairs. Excellent service provided.

I have purchased major appliances at this store for over 35 years. Tom Brennan Sr. was the kindest and most helpful person you ever wanted to meet. But Neala Brennan (referred to as 'the confontational and rude woman" in other reviews) is undoing the legacy of this formerly wonderful family-owned business. Her behavior was extraordinary as she screamed at me in the showroom when I went to pick up an accessory she voluntarily offered us twice during our appliance purchase. I said "I cannot believe you are screaming at me in your own place of business over a utensil basket'. She practically threw the accessory at me saying 'I shouldn't have said anything to you about getting you this item". I gave her the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe she had a one-off meltdown. She could have contacted us to apologize but did not. I see from the many other poor reviews that this is her standard behavior. Beware! I'm not sure I can ever shop there again. Her predecessors would be sad to see all their hard work and good customer service being undone by one person.
