Easy access and no gate to deal with. Mostly visible from Rt. 13 so it's not a place for non-members to gather. Prices have slowly risen, but at this point they're still very competitive.

my sister needed storage quick they had what she needed available and if you have stuff that is tall at can stack high there is plenty of height.
